Store denied customers access to the public restroom, saying they lock it after cleaning and don't allow customer access so it doesn't get dirty -manager got involved and opened the restroom for me, told me staff are not to tell customers this and that staff would be talked to

Visited this store to get a Lemon cake. I could see individual slices but not a cake that serves 6+ people. A bakery member asked if I needed help. She is amazing. She put together a Lemon cake for me in less than 5 minutes. That is impressive customer service. Thanks!!!!!

So the guy that is a pharmacist is nice and polite and takes care of your medication,the girl that works there splits your prescriptions messes it up so insurance will not pay for them hangs the phone up on you and says you are yelling at her ,I spend all day at the doctor got put on Prednisone taper pack ,the pharmacist split the prescription and now I pay out of my pocket because she made it 2 prescriptions also have to stop taking it for 2 days witch messes up the tapper,get someone that knows what they are doing not someone that messed peoples medication up

They will lock thier doors 10 minutes early a lot of the time. That is VERY unprofessional!! They also have NO nail items; no polishes or anything!

I like this Safeway. But what happened to the bakery sale rack??? Other than that they have been very nice and helpful.

Not that good. They had a sale on catfish filets and nobody new of it. We had to go to 3 different stores to get a few. The store in Thornton acted like oh well. The store in Northglenn at least tried to help us out.

Carts won’t leave the front door!
I am so mad right now! I love this store when I need peace. I have surgery today. I just came to your store to get stopped at the damn door with my cart. Struggling to get things out of my cart and freaking carry them out to my vehicle! Stuff falling on the ground, literally put something in my mouth! What the heck??? This is stupid!!!!

Switching over to Walmart. Same products spending over $200.00 and at Walmart $30 to $50 cheaper. Also Safeway doesn't keep up with products always out and seems to not care to reorder those products. Plus Walmart lets you take carts out to the car without having to release them. Also much cleaner inside and definitely outside. Bye Safeway!

My family calls this plane the Crackhead Safeway die to all the homeless drug addicts that are always hanging around. But I swear this location has the best Produce around.
