Plan on spending a solid 45 mins in the check out line. Definitely understaffed but the staff that is that is there moves with no sense of urgency. 2 cashiers moving at snail pace with over 50 people in line (no exaggeration) . You get what you pay for.

OH my word this Ross has WAY too many people coming in (especially on the WEEKENDS), throwing things on the floor, making messes out of the aisles, & then trying to check out is like an hour wait! If you go during the week you may have a better shot at getting a some good stuff without the headache of SO many people who have NO respect for the store.

4 staff in front, 1 register open, a completely full line. Every time I come here, this feels like the norm rather than the exception. +1 star because after the line started extending down the aisle they opened a second register.

Worst customer service!!! Only 2 cashiers and 1 was standing around in her phone talking to a manager. Took for 30mins to get through the line

I came to make a return & the lady said it's the same line as checkout. This line is a mile long. It's the weekend and there's 2 lanes open and the lady that told me is fidgeting with they're alarms. I can already see this is gonna take a half hour. Returns shouldn't have to wait. It's the weekend & more lanes should be open
