The shop did a great job on my vehicle. They checked it out, let me know what it needed. Great communication!

Take your car here. These guys are legit. Not only do they actually LOOK at your car while working on it, they also blow thier competitors out of the water on price. And they have compassion for other humans in this shop which is rarer and rarer these days. Dont hesitate. This is the place. Look no further.

I am highly appreciative of everyone here for their help. This was the third shop I got a hold of to work on my vehicle. No one else would get me in for over a week. The bonus was that their diagnostic fee was 20%+ lower than every other shop I spoke to. Unfortunately, they were not able to solve my main problem. This is not entirely in their control due to part availability. However, I wish they had done more to help me problem solve the situation.

Terrible company! First I bring my truck in to have some new parts looked at. They tell me it’s going to be $130 to do a full inspection of the truck.(top to bottom, head to toe) is what the guy told me. After leaving the vehicle with them finally got a call 3 hours later. They tell me it will be $650 to install pins in my upper control arm, fix the bearing issue I have and do an alignment. They later call me back and say, we are going to need to replace the upper and lower ball joint in order to align the vehicle. That the parts on it aren’t compatible now all the sudden. And that they took it for a test drive. While test driving they noticed it wasn’t fixed and it reamed out the part. Told me $2500 should do it. I told them no.Went to go pick up the truck and the guy said that he gave me a discount and that that’s the best he can do and wasn’t responsible for breaking the part. I told him I wasn’t ever coming back and he of course has some negative remarks to say back at me and began screaming across the store at me.Terrible customer service. Lied to then screamed at. Don’t ever bring your vehicle here

I went in to the Roadmasters new location on Huron St. In Northglenn on a friend’s recommendation. Never again! I had a check engine light that was $135 for the diagnosis. Told their diagnosis would be more accurate and would pin point the problem.Told the problem was a purge valve that they replaced for $300, total $450 out the door. Drove less than two miles and check engine light came back on. Went back and said there was a different problem and it would be an additional charge.Today I went back to my trusted mechanic who I have been using for over 20 years. They fixed the problem free of charge. Don’t believe then purge valve was bad as it was replaced less than a month ago. So, I was charged $450 to replace a part that wasn’t broke, and only needed a simple reconnection of a vent line that had come lose.

Only place I will every bring my car amazing service and they provided a full inspection that was sent to me by text that had tons of photos and notes at what I was looking at very educational and no hoops to jump through or deal with and after shopping around this was the lowest labor rate in town thanks Roadmasters for the amazing experience.

I called and got a quote for 482 dollars to replace an EGR valve in my 2010 jeep wrangler. When I went to drop it off two days later, the price was jacked to 541, plus 135 diagnostic fee. The guy standing behind the service advisor chimes in that it may be the recirculation pipe causing the emissions code and that will be an additional 1400. These guys are clowns. Think you were born yesterday.
