Price of vehicle was more than advertised on-line and finance team initially presented me with numbers for my trade in that were far different than what we settled on.That process felt very deceiving.

Did online for service for oil change, then when they got done they did the wrong oil change. And it was the most expensive one. What's the use of doing it online if there not going to read whst service you wanted. I don't recommend going through Eugene there. All he said was sorry. I'm sorry for ever going there to get over charged. I will probably go to a different dealer next time, because I don't like people who can't read what you order. I hope you made your quota Eugene, because it set me back.

I was beginning shopping for my new car and I started with O'Meara Ford, I was immediately approached by a car salesman, Jorian. I notified Jorian that I was in the beginning stages of figuring out what I wanted but had thought I might want to test drive a used GMC Denali I saw in their lot. He was extremely pushy and wanted me to test drive a Ford Bronco which I wasn't interested in. He was rude, he was pushy, and he didn't listen. He made me feel like I was wasting his time despite me starting our conversation with a disclosure that I was just starting out. I would not recommend this dealership for women who are shopping alone.

I have to say that Brighton Ford was amazing! I bought my Bronco from Omeara and started having electrical issues and problems with driver and passenger windows two weeks after purchase. I took it back to them to fix and all that they did was clear codes and had me pick it up. They did absolutely nothing to fix the problem. I brought it back again and had the same result. The service manager was so rude and dismissive that I literally had to have my salesman break my Bronco out of the service area so I could come get it. Awful, I know. It's pretty bad when the sales team tells you that that don't even get their own vehicles serviced there because it is so bad. My sales person told me to take the vehicle to Groove Ford. My experience was so awful that it took months for me to try with another dealership. A co-worker of mine referred me to Brighton Ford. Their family takes their Ford vehicles there and they have always had great service. So I made my appointment. I have to tell you that I feel that they rolled out the red carpet for me. They were so thorough and David was very communicative throughout the whole experience. My mind was eased and they did an amazing job. I told him I haven't gotten the chance to love my Bronco yet and he reassured me that I would love it, and I do!! They went over and above and I am so grateful for the amazing service they provided! Thank you so much for everything you have done!! I now love my Bronco and will be faithful to Brighton Ford in the future!! I know now why customers come from out of state to get their vehicles serviced and to buy again!! You all are amazing!!!!

My first experience at this dealership was today, a female representative by the name of Kim show me around the entire complex. Help me with a finding a representative that could help me with a warranty transfer form and even offered me refreshments and conversation about the O'Meara dealership. That is what I call great customer service, and showed me all the history of the past O'Meara Ford dealerships. I will bring my new to me Ford truck there for servicing. It's a little farther of a drive than the one that's closest to me by about 15 miles, but I think it'd be well worth it. Kim is a great representative to O'Mara Ford. Thanks again, David B

This is best dealership, the process was so easy and EVERYONE at the dealership was a delight and had amazing customer service.I dread buying cars because of the process but Rachel made it so easy. I coordinated with her over text for a few hours and the next day came in and signed for the car in under an hour.I sat down at the table and was greeted by another employee with a tray of Christmas cookies and bottled water. While waiting, the manager came over to thank me for my purchase. And getting through the paperwork was a breeze with amazing service from finance. They also have the cutest cafe that’s so welcoming to hang out in and work remotely when you’re getting your car serviced.I promise you won’t regret buying from these kind, funny folks.

First, not sure how this place has the ratings it does. It's certainly not representative of what this place is like. The staff of Omeara ford are the epitome of all the negative stereotypes associated with used car salesmen. I read something written by a former car salesman and thought it exemplified this place perfectly."it's the structure of the entire manufacturer-dealer-buyer relationship and economics that either a) attract the lizard people or b) turn nice people into lizardsTo have a job at a dealer and to "succeed" aka make money, you have to fuck over the customer, you have to do it knowingly, and you have to do it with a smile on your faceThe only people who succeed at dealer were already sycophants, or are deliberately okay with lying and scamming to make more moneyAnyone who goes into a dealer job with ethics, and decides to keep those ethics, gets chewed up and spit out, or gets relegated and kept to the lowest rungs of the organization, and never makes much moneySo just keep that in mind any time you go to the dealer for anything. Whether it's a new purchase, to sell, for repairs, etc. It's all structured and designed to fleece you. The interactions are garbage because the humans you're interacting with are incentivized to fleece you. It's how the business is set up. They don't have a choice. They fleece you or they fail. They are pawns. I don't say this to engender sympathy for the employees, but rather to explain why they are facsimiles of real people. They are financially motivated to be that way, and they have no motivation to do a good job at any step of the process that does not directly make them money. Every moment spent helping a customer in some way that's not closing a sale or selling work done, is a moment wastedThat's why they all blow ass at the small stuff like titles and paperwork and just remembering who they told what car was available and all the basic customer service stuff".Bottom line: don't buy anything from Omera ford unless you're looking for a painfully difficult and unpleasant buying experience. The people who work here genuinely suck ass.
