Staff is rude. People checking in 20 minutes late for their appointments and walk ins “on a tight schedule” were seen before me who was early for my appointment and it was already 15 minutes after my appointment time when they came in/were seen. Horrible service.

Came on a Saturday to get blood drawn.
Have always been a tough stick.
Lance was a great phlebotomist!!
Lance was persistent, had to get a little creative, he sure got on with it and got my blood !!

Scheduling process is the worst experience, it's all automated and instructions are not clear. Calling the clinic or checking in involves no human contact, so if you have questions or need clarification on something you are out of luck. I wouldn't even use this company if it wasn't the only option for employment purposes.

My dad was sent in 3 weeks ago for blood work. He was told he'd have his results in 5 to 7 days. A week and half goes by my dad calls and they say they send him a email. It's an encrypted email he had to make passwords and stuff too. No results.. he waits till the next day calls they said they don't have them in yet. Waits another day calls for them to say they had so send it somewhew else. He waits calls again they still dont have it. on and so fourth for 3WEEKS ALMOST 4 WEEKS IN 3 DAYS! CALLING EVERYDAY! For him to be on the phone all day and talk too 3 different people 2 different places. AND THEY LOST HIS BLOOD AND HAD TO COME DO IT AGAIN!! THIS PLACE IS THE WORSE PLACE TO GO! SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO TO SOMEONE RELIABLE!

I've been coming to this location for several years now since my doctors' offices do not do lab work. Making an appointment online has always been easy, checked into my appointment from a text I received, and then was in and out within 20 minutes.

I took my 10 year old to have some blood drawn for the first time ever. We had Cameron as a phlebotomist. He was just amazing with her, very gentle and explained things to her at every step. Even played a game of I spy so that she can be destracted while he drew the blood. I was so impressed with Cameron and I would definitely take my kid there again.
I am not sure why this location only has 3 stars, everyone that works there is just great.

It would have been nice to know that my daughter’s bloodwork was going to be sent to an out of network company even though you are in-network. What is the point of going in-network when something like this happens. Now I got stuck with 2 bills that are barely covered. I think I will be going somewhere else next time that is really in-network.

The phlebotomists at Quest are all excellent! Everything from the online check-in procedure to the efficiency and smoothness the techs employ to collect specimens is streamlined and effective. The best sticks I've ever found!
