Scheduled a vaccine in advance for 5:55PM got to the store and checked in just to be told the Doctor leaves at 6. NO CALL NO CANCELLATIONS NO NOTHING. Was told to also arrive 10 minutes early which we were in the store waiting. Just as we’re walking out at 6 we get a message saying sorry we missed you today. Pathetic and a waste of time. Supposably only early appointments are accepted and what you book for is clearly not accurate.

Absolutely DO NOT get your pets vaccinated here!!!! The VetCo is considered a completely different company and when they mess up on your pets vaccination records, it is literally impossible to get them fixed. My dog received the three year vaccinations and everybody agreed that he should have received the three year vaccination, but the records reflect as only one year. I literally tried multiple times over the last 4 months and tried to contact different people but in the end there was no response and no help to correct their mistake. I am now out the money and completely unsure of what to do when it comes time to vaccinating my dog again. Also, after reading reviews on Reddit, I am not the only one…this is a consistent problem that they have with NUMEROUS customers of theirs. Save your money, save your pets and stay away!!!!!

My dog had an appointment at 9:30 for a bath/haircut. The groomer said it would be 3-4 hours. When I called for a status at 2:30, I was told that she had several senior dogs and walk-ins…that it had been an extremely busy day. She said she was just getting ready to call me. (Then why did I have to call you?) I asked if he had been outside to potty. She wouldn’t answer the question. When I asked if I could come and take him out to potty, she said he’d be ready in about 45 minutes. He’d been locked up in a cage since 9:30 that morning. I told her he needed to pee. We then got into a discussion in that I failed to disclose that he had a heath concern. Needing to pee after being locked up for 5-6 hours is not a health concern. Maybe giving your appointments priority over walk-ins should be YOUR concern. She 86’d me from Petco Grooming. Not a problem! This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. Your first concern should be for the dogs entrusted into your care, not making the almighty dollar by taking in more walk-ins than you can effectively handle.

Now that I'm a grandma (my youngest son has a dog ? ?) I can get a bit carried away in this space! The staff are great, the selection is amazing and the puppy is happy ?.

Lady with pink hair was super disrespectful and rude after I bought everything for my chameleon.
Front Cashier changed our minds he was very nice.
It's a hard call would go for Cashier would not use sales woman with pink hair for anything again.

Cashier proceeded to lecture me calling me a bad pet parent and even went as far to say I could kill them for just switching their dry food. Wildly inappropriate comment with knowing nothing about my situation. Absolutely degraded just for wanting to exchange a food for my cats that they didn’t enjoy which I have full right to do. Will stick to PetSmart as I usually do every experience i have had here always pushes me away from this store.

I drive 8 miles to come to this store for the best cat litter I've ever had. It really contains the smell without being perfumey. The employees were very friendly and the store is clean and well stocked.

I took my dog in for an immunization shot( Vetco clinic) very friendly staff, fast service, compassionate, gentle Vet. My dog gets a little nervous, the vet was very understanding and patient. They treated myself and my dog better than our regular Vet does,
