The management does not care about their employees! If your hired here as a cashier leyla will have you stand up at register and only ring customers out she does not care about if you want to move up shes just looking for a wam body to stand there and not ask questions. She will not train you in any department and then throw her attitude and unprofessional rudness when you dont know it moment of.
She favors laurie because she worked 20 years with her so dont expect her to help at registers even though shes a cashier dont let that fool you shes really a janitor, leyla doesnt hold people accountable unless many complaints are brought to hr and then hr takes her side and fires the crew.
, if you've been there for years dont worry she has favorites your secure!
if your new dont be weird or she will talk crap with other employees why she thinks you wont work here long, if you ask her to fix things or other workers arent helping she wont do anything about it. About their customers only certain customers get refunds or get to return things outside of the return policy and that's if you come in regularly and they like you that day you can return it but if they are not in the mood or don't like that customer they will say " I'm sorry that's what the policy says I can't go around it," but like I said with friends or people they know they will!
The boss is a very wound up tight lady with favorites, and you will see that. And no one want to help and she doesn't make them. Everyone is more important then the front end and getting the customers checked out .

The best grocery store for people who care about what they put into their bodies. All of the produce is purely organic. No apeel or organipeel. Wonderful selection of healthy packaged foods. The store is set up in a way that embraces people who take their time to read ingredient labels. No hectic rush of angry shoppers trying to rush around. The vibe is wonderful and the employees are happy and helpful.

I have been coming to this store for about 5 years now and overall it is great! The Employees are friendly and helpful. The check out wait is pretty quick; If there are three people in line they will open another register to speed things up. The staff is very polite and they get to know you its like a small town vibe here. If I want information on a product they are very helpful. The store is always clean. Wish more stores were like this.
