If I could give half a star, I would have been having issues with my phone, the service, and the device. I've replaced my phone, probably about 4 or more times, and I am so beyond frustrated with it already. I lose connection so much and my internet hardly works my phone restarts on me so much and the screen freezes so much and boots me out of whatever I'm doing also it randomly makes some kind of sound like it's struggling, I miss calls... I see I have a voicemail and im like my phine didnt even ring ?, I have not dropped my phone nor thrown it yet. Looking for service elsewhere can't keep dealing with all these issues.

Definitely no stars . Chick couldn't even understand my request of adding a line not switching phones?Little shorty man with the sprayed on beard accusing to "report my account" for assuming I'm talking to him is sooo strange for calling me back to ask if I'm speaking to him !? Pretty full of yourself don't ya think munchkin. ??

Do not waste your time with this store they are dishonest rude and very unprofessional they will lie to you to get your service. And when you wake up the next morning your services will be cut off because of nonpayment Abdul will tell you your pay in full and then allow corporate to to bill you the remaining the next day and will cut your phone off even though it’s paid in full He also sold me iPhone 14 and while doing a update I realize it was a 11SMH

The young Lady in the store was very helpful. I don't think it's about a complimentary item. It was truly an honor to be treated with respect when I have high functioning ADHD autism. I will return, because she did treat me with dignity, I was having an ultra sensory breakdown, and rather than treat me like a challenge, she treated me with care. That was a month ago, and she deserves to be noted as one valuable soul in the world. Go here if you enjoy being treated like human and not a numba.

Terrible! What a bad service, but the worst was the employee, the person in charge of serving the public, the client, she has no respect or education at all and especially in front of children! And much less knows about sales, they lost a client because of her ,I'm going somewhere else.Thank you
