“It is my first time visiting this beautiful place ? I was delighted with all the variety of clothing, boots and accessories for cowboys and cowgirls. you find everything you are looking for. The prices are a little high but the quality is worth it.”
“Several times in the past, I was always told by this store that there were no rounded lens for what I was looking for because of style change. The guy didn't bother to help. It was disappointing and I walked right out.
Yesterday (8/30), I passed by again. The staff that day were very helpful. The man was very willing to help me and listened to me patiently. He even got a lady who seemed very knowledgeable about the products to help me find what I was looking for. She was very patient with me and we found a comfortable pair that was very close to what I wanted. I left with a new pair of sunglasses and a smile on my face.
The right staff really made a difference! I got a chance to explore a huge selection of the sunglasses and she even guided me with the touch screen to search for more information. I will definitely come back for more.”

“This store is so dope and BEAUTIFUL. The selection of items for both snow and skate, the vibes, the staff, it all makes it worth it when I swing by. Just built and received my very first complete board setup for skating and I felt so taken care of through the whole curation of my request. Great vibes and conversations while my board was being setup and felt super stoked on supporting the business and grabbing one of their custom Emage decks. “I am not a guy that spends a lot of time shopping so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was happy to find the measuring process was super simple. I received my shirt in about 2 weeks and the fit is just what I was looking for, no extra material around my waist and no big puffy sleeves but not restrictive when I move. I will be ordering more!”
“This place is not just special for Denver, it compares with the best menswear shops in the U.S. The sheer volume of high-grade, hard-to-find, best-in-the-world styles and sizes here is something I’ve very rarely seen. They don’t have just a few token pairs of Iron Heart, they have stacks and stacks. Plus the staff are kind and patient, the vibe makes you want to sit down and hang out, and at the right time of day, it gets flooded with as much sunshine as a roof deck. Don’t not go here.”

Initially, I had concerns about an online order I placed in April, where only one out of three items arrived by June. However, I'm pleased to note that after visiting the store in person and discussing my experience, I received a prompt response and a sincere apology. The staff handled the situation professionally and swiftly, which reassured me of their commitment to customer satisfaction.
Looking ahead, I believe there's an opportunity for the company to enhance communication methods beyond email, especially during issue resolution processes. Nevertheless, I'm impressed with their proactive approach in rectifying my concerns. They promptly refunded me for the missing items and addressed the issue with care and understanding.

Sheila greeted us and it was immediately evident that she had a passion for this company that was unmatched. She shared how passionate the founders and owners of Pendleton are; how ethical and genuinely good hearted they are and with each piece of information we kept falling more and more in love with the company and its practices. Sheila was helpful, and informative, and genuinely made us feel like family in her store.

“Casey is a true professional and knows her products. Approximately a year ago I purchased 2 pairs of boots at the Denver store with Cassy's assistance. One pair began showing premature wear after being worn just a couple of times. While in Denver recently, my wife stopped by the store with these boots and spoke with Cassy. Not only did Cassy remember me and these boots she remembered the second pair I had purchased. She understood. my concern, took charge of the situation, had then polished and brought back to like new condition and returned them to me in short order. Lucchese boots are top notch and with associates like Cassy they just can't beat. Thank you Cassy!”
