If you're looking for a secure place to store your items, I would definitely NOT choose this place!! They lease part of their storage lot to a company called Fluid rental trucks, Which is an on demand truck rental app. Anybody can rent one of their vehicles at any time. Anyone who rents one of their vehicles will get a code to the gate to aceess the truck they rented. I don't know if they change codes frequently or not (I assume they do) but the truck I just rented cost $9 an hour. So for $9, anybody in the city could get a combination to access stuff being stored at this facility. Maybe it's cheap enough to take the risk, but I definitely would not

This storage location prioritizes security and was perfect for our needs. Was fast to acquire a unit and helped speed up or services provided at Moving Nextdoor. A good option for those looking for fast and reliable storage acquisition.

My boat and camper were both hit while in storage at this place, when I tried contacting them about my boat being hit I didn't get a response back. Place is run down and your stuff isn't safe here.You act like you did me a favor by letting me keep my SUV with a broken window there, take a look at your lot, it looks like a grave yard for vehicles with broken windows!I did come in twice in May but maybe it was just to get something from my camper I had there or here is an idea, I didn't look at my boat. Where would the damaged happened if it didn't happen at your lot, I'm sure you can pull up the footage and see when the first time I took my boat out this year and the last time last year. It didn't leave between those times so it kind of only leaves one possibility.....that's right, your lot!Nice try to "save some face" because you got a bad review.

I have very mixed feelings about this place. My original experience a few years ago was 5 stars. my recent experiences have been a 1 star or less. It used to be easy to make a payment or get a hold of somebody to address any concerns. I don't know if they are just understaffed between their different locations but I have had a lot of issues with how they operate recently. They barely answer the phone or have an attitude when you call and ask questions about billing concerns. They require you to be set up on automatic payments, pay over the phone or drop cash in a metal box out front which I dont like. They really could change my review easily by adding an online payment option, which would address almost all of my issues with their storage facility. I would avoid storing your stuff here until they have online billing and billing cycle reminders just like any other place of business does, especially since my rent increased but they haven't done anything to justify the increase of rent.
