Took my car in while ago. quoting me parts and labor for over 2k when I got it done else were fkr 800. Also the diagnostic was wrong so I called back to see if they can check it out again and the guy couldn’t care less. Terrible people, worse service

They performed several different services and repairs on my old '99 truck. But did not do anything that wasn't needed. I asked for "full service" but some things were good to go. Other things they found I was alerted to. Common sense and fair prices with no "up selling".Services: Transmission

I've never had a more seamless experience with auto care. I had some pretty serious misfiring going on with my truck. They gave me an affordable quote with estimated time of repair. I needed to have a couple.kf things done for two trucks. I dropped one off at a time and they were very friendly, informative, and communicative. Prices were reasonable and when an issue arose they were prompt to remedy the problem and offered adequate solutions.Overall, would recommend. Very nice crew.

Brought my car in for a clutch problem, they quickly identified the problem and provided a minimal charge. Honest, friendly and took time to explain my problem. They participate in a mechanics internet group so that they can find out how common such a problem is. They can work on any car issue except body work.

Very honest mechanic. I thought my manual hub had major problems but only needed minor repair which cost me $40. It's refreshing to go to a mechanic where they do not try to upsell you on thousands of dollars of repairs (cough cough Brakes Plus). Unprofessional. Had to follow up on the status of my vehicle multiple times. Over charged, and didn't perform the work they said, I took my car to another shop after they were complete and they pointed out a lot of mistakes and leaks that weren't cleaned up. I would not recommend and will not return.Service: Engine repair
