My husband and I are regulars at Joann and always have a pleasant visit. Staff are helpful and kind. We were helped by Marcella at the fabric counter & Tina at checkout. In fact, Tina gave us the best tips - we downloaded the Joann app and took advantage of the coupons available!!

The staff here is completely not helpful. They pointed to opposite sides of the store instead of walking us over. We went to several employees for help before giving up. We left without buying anything and went to a different location. 45 minute drive there because another one of their stores said they had an item we were looking for.

They let us use one of there tables they use to cut your fabric on to figure out what we were going to do. They also let us know how much of 1 type of fabric othervstores had since we bought all of what they had
