Staff was rude. She didn't acknowledge me at first, and once she noticed, she told me to place the item on the conveyor belt. She rudely let me wait and then said the package needed to be sealed. I had not sealed it because I was shipping a return and wasn't sure if staff needed to see the items before taping/sealing the box.

I had same exact experience as most of the people here. I came in to be told that the shipping is down at this location. Waste of time, stay away!!!

If you're looking to ship something go literally anywhere else. I dropped off a FedEx package Friday morning for express delivery and by Sunday morning my tracking info still hadn't updated. I went back to the store to see if it had even been picked up and they were kind enough to hand it back to me to take somewhere more reliable. I appreciate the shocked faces the employees made when I told them the situation but it doesn't help get my package to it's destination on time.

The girl that eyes went on vacation and never came back, looking at me and the wall at the same time I don’t feel too bad as she informed me that they only do FedEx and not UPS, I came into the store to ship something UPS I picked up about $200 worth of items as I was waiting for other customers be dealt with after dealing with googly eyes I wil never go to another Office Depot

This location SUCKS. They waste your time from the moment you walk in. Made me fill out paperwork to mail out something I already had prepared prior to coming in then they make me wait at the counter for “assistance” just to turn the computer screen around and make me fill out the information I had just filled out on paper. After 15 extra minutes of waiting and filling out the online information I am told I have to pay for my prepaid label I ALREADY HAD PRIOR to walking in. I am not sure why this store is open for business ? ill drive my package 20+ minutes than come back here for any business. Assistance or helpful people are needed big time here.

On 07/12/2022 8:03 pm As I’m walking to the entrance an employee that was taking a sing back inside approached me and said “we are close” I said, Google says you guys close at 9 pm she said “cool we just closed” RUDE and sarcastic
