The manager of the store is a very rude individual. The sales and coupons posted are never correct. Today when purchasing some home goods coupon that was posted was not honored. Not only was it not honored, the manager did not attempt to help in any way possible. She definitely should not be in charge of all those nice cashiers. She will make them not want to be there with her ungrateful unhelpful attitude. Sucks because I will never shop there again.

Don't by gift cards I got two Apple gift cards and they were already used and Apple or family day will give me my money back.so I have to go to the lawyer about this.

The employees are friendly and helpful. Store is well kept and organized. Like most other Family Dollar stores, prices exceed quality.

Dollar store ?! The prices on their products, are more than any brand name store product around and they base themselves at the neighborhoods where poverty prevails!!!!!!! ?

The heavy set Mexican lady forced me to empty my small purse infront of my 5 year old because there detector went off as we walked out. She was disgusting with her comments, looked at my baby girl and laughed at how scared she was Because of how degrading she was treating us. . . JUST TO SEE THAT WE HADN'T STOLEN ANYTHING. she says oh Keys can set the detector off. I already called corporate and now I'm telling everyone. The heavy set Mexican manager is a monster and should NOT be around the public.

This store is a joke. I get followed by some lady every time I go in here. I literally have to repeat multiple times that I need something behind the counter because the lady with the drawn on eye brows can't stop talking to who ever. This happens every time I go in. Horrible customer service if I could give zero stars I would.
