I was in 7/13/24 and picked 2 guns. Paid down payment and cbi report fee and was recommended to do layaway for rest since I had the 3 day wait for cbi and was told cbi good for 60 days. I got busy at work(my fault) and forgot about so came back on 8/14 to pay off and get guns. Told that I had to run another cbi and wait 3 more days. Told I owe $1.00 and to return after 1240 pm on 8/17. I have been here almost 2 hours. No guns. Cbi came back good, was told I owe 71.00. I have paid 776.39 total and the cbi 12.50, yet my guns are only suppose to be $770.00. I have paid 6.39 over my sale price and they still want 71.00 more? No. So got thru that, but still computer problem. I told them I want my 776.39 plus 12.50 cbi refunded immediately (not waiting 3-5 days) or I want my guns and they can deal with their IT issue as I paid my money and passed my cbi so I did my due diligence. Sad thing is the manager won’t come out front to deal with this debacle she is making her staff deal with me and find resolution. I feel bad for the staff, I am not being nasty, but I am frustrated. I would never deal with this company again……..EVER! Such poor service from management.

We worked with Dan. He is the ONLY reason we will shop or do business here again.
Me and my family were here for over an hour - we had multiple things to sell and buy. The entire time he had a fantastic attitude, was helpful and friendly. He made sure we were completely satisfied and went above and beyond the whole time. I was very impressed with his work ethic and professionalism. 5 stars for DAN! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ seriously- I don’t ever leave reviews but this guy deserved to be recognized for his work and excellent attitude.

I've been coming every weekend for a couple of years now and I have bought some good things in here. The manager is worthless and never helps customers. 6 people waiting inside to be helped in different ways and she is outside smoking and talking on the phone like she is every weekend. Service is way to slow when you do finally get help. Owner needs to look at the loss sales and how many people just walk away. Customer service is not there priority at this location! 4 weeks later and it's still the same, pathetic!

This is my favorite ezpawn. It is always clean and the pawnbrokers are awesome. Dan, Chris , Brendan, Brittany, Obe and Ms. D the store manager are the best.
