I really want to like this place. I order time and time again and always something with my order. My fiancé had ordered me something for Valentines and we did not get the full order delivered. We had to get it two separate days ourselves, we had flowers one time added the flowers were never delivered. We had to go pick them up. Did they remove the delivery fee? no.Today I placed an order for a birthday I received a call they did not have the martini glass That was displayed online.When expressing my frustration to the person who called me, I was rudely cut off, when I wasn’t being rude or disrespectful myself. Hearing out the customer should be part of your customer services skills. I had to remind her I’m the customer and I need to be heard. She may be the employee however, she can relay the information to the manager to see what they can do to make it right.Needless to say, I think this will be the last time we will be using this place.Get better customer service skills for your employees. I own a business myself so I know that hearing the customer should always come first.

Buyer Beware! Just a quick note about the local Edible Arrangements place in Northglenn. My out of state son had flowers sent from Edible Arrangement's that were just delivered (it's my birthday ☺️) - needless to say, the bag they were delivered in was the only nice thing about them. So sad to see that half of the flowers were already dead or getting close, with a few in good shape but even those were dry with curled petals. I obviously don't want my son to have to ask for a refund/ so I called to let them (EA) know. Apparently my son ordered via Uber Eats- so I was told they couldn't send new flowers and they couldn't refund.I'm sure I can have my son contact Uber Eats about it, but I just thought as a local biz owner/ they should be better. They could've asked for my address to send new flowers or could've offered something other than a "sorry we can't do anything about it". I'm sure there are better places to get your loved ones flowers from... Maybe this group should stick to their $150 edible arrangements rather than flowers. Ish...

This is the perfect place for you to look bad with a loved one’s birthday present. I placed the order on the website and they charged my card, then they called me almost at 4pm, to tell me that they were going to cancel my order because they were going to close the store. It’s been almost a week and my money hasn’t been returned and I had to go to the celebration empty-handed. They are the worst of the worst in customer service.

I will never use this location again! I received dead flowers and a melted cake! Still no response from them I call each day am told the manager is on vacation! I emailed her no response….. then the employee hung up on me….. they really don’t care… use a different store if you want an edible arrangement in tack!

Couldn't get a pic in time before I finished the whole box. This location is great - I had a coupon for a free 12 dipped fruit box and the girl at the counter was very nice in helping me out. Took only 30 minutes for it to be ready - strawberries, apples, and pineapples were all fresh and had a full coating of chocolate over them. Brunette girl with curly hair helped us out but didn't catch a name. Keep your fruit in the fridge and it won't get slimy like the negative reviews posted!

Edible Arrangements is the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The product they delivered was nothing like what was advertised, and the quality was terrible! The fruit was not fresh (it had actually been frozen) and the presentation was subpar.I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They only get 1 out of 5 stars on the Better Business Bureau website, and I can see why. Furthermore, their customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and if I could give them a lower rating than 1 star, I would. Avoid Edible Arrangements location at Address: 100 E 120th Ave G130, Northglenn, CO 80233 at all costs!!!

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS FRANCHISE - some of the absolute worst customer service I have ever had. Perla the store manager takes absolutely no responsibility for the lack of training for her "temp" team and what they say to customers and will ask "how she can make it right" and then do absolutely nothing to actually help except refund you, leave you with nothing and then kick you out when you answer the question and ask for management above her. In addition, when I called corporate to complain - SHE LIED TO THEM ABOUT CLOSING SO SHE WOULDN'T HAVE TO HELP ME - while I was still sitting in the parking lot. (An hour and a half before close)I placed an order online for a specific Valentines Day product (they were out of stock even though corporate said they should have it, I assume this is Perla's poor inventory management skills) - I got a call the next day to let me know they didn't have stock. The girl I spoke to was polite but told me that the platter/combo I ordered was no longer available and gave me options to get "an upgraded platter with more strawberries and cheesecake" although they were "out of caramel hearts" - she told me the platter was $16 less than my original order and offered other add ons since they didn't have the stuffed sloths and caramel hearts on my original order. I agreed and added on "assorted cupcakes" she offered me too. When she said assorted, I specifically asked the flavors. I was told "chocolate, vanilla, red velvet" - I said great, lets do that which resulted in me spending more than my initial order.Fast forward 3 days to pick up. The platter given to me doesn't even have a full dozen strawberries- I was told it was double strawberries and cheesecake bites - instead there are 10 strawberries, some brownies, and some cheesecake bites. The cupcakes- ALL VANILLA. I didn't want or ask for brownies and my expectation was that for over $100 - I would get what I was told would come with my new order, double the initial platter of strawberries and double cheesecake and assorted cupcakes (different flavors). I expressed my disdain and the employee asked who I spoke with. I didn't have a name and she told me she would get the manager and apologized because they had a lot of "temp" workers for the holiday who didn't know what was going on and that the manager would fix it.Perla did anything but fix it. She asked me how she could make it right and offered to fix it for me. I told her initially I didn't want to cause any issues because I knew they were busy but that I just wanted what I was told I would get. She offered to add a single strawberry in place of each brownie- I offered to return the cupcakes because I didn't want vanilla and they had no other "assortment" of any kind with no refund if she would just take the brownies/cupcakes and give me the strawberries I was expecting. After specifically asking what she could do and me sharing, saying I didn't want a refund but to keep the cupcakes and brownies- she got rude and told me she wasn't going to give me "$56" dozen strawberries for the "$16" cupcakes and poor employee training. Really? You argue a customer after you ask what you can do and all I want is what I was told I would get?Over 6 strawberries/$40 - because of how rude she was when she insisted she wasn't "losing the $56 for me" she told me she would refund me and I could call customer service instead of her helping me. I said oh great so now your just going to lose over $100 instead of making it right?! She proceeded to tell me "I refunded you, call customer service and leave" when I asked for her name and the name of who I spoke with on the phone so I could properly report the lack of customer service. I spent a half hour on the line with corporate - for her to lie when I was sitting in the parking lot refusing to help me because she didn't want to when she knew she was in the wrong.I will never shop thi

I wish I had the option of no stars! DO NOT SHOP HERE EVER! This is the worst store I have ever been in. I wish I would have read the reviews first. I have a coupon for 12 chocolate covered 'fruit'. I read the terms and agreements before going there so I would know exactly what I was to get. When I got there someone was on the phone, another girl was at the cash register. I proceeded to show her the coupon. Her response was 'you have to do it online'. I then showed her the guidelines that clearly said I could pick it up in store. She told me she would have to ask her manager. While she was gone I noticed a display case full of covered fruit for those who walk in. She came out and told me her manager said they could not fill the coupon right now but if I ordered with her at the register she could have it ready tomorrow. I was a little frustrated as I could see fruit in the display. I asked if I could take those and she said no. The other girl at this point put her call on hold and said 'she can have the ones in the display.' Then they started to argue. 'That's not what she said', 'but how come', 'because'. They eventually get back to me and say oh well guess you can't. By this time I was frustrated and said so. I asked why the terms and agreement say I can but they say I can't. I was so confused by this. That is when the one who was on the phone raised her voice to me and said 'You can leave. I don't have to put up with a Karen. If you don't I will call the police.' Wow, my mouth dropped and I was stunned. Well with the same tone of voice she used with me I said 'name calling, great customer service. Go ahead and call them. I'd love to talk to them.' She then continued to raise her voice and complained I 'made' her put her call on hold and I was disruptive and yelling'. I replied 'this is not yelling this is mirroring your voice. But if you want me to yell I will.' The other staffer stood there. I said to get the manager. So she goes back and the manager comes out. She proceeded to say that I couldn't get this gift reward. Why I asked? We are to busy with Valentine's she says. Well my reward has no black out dates or conditions I say. Well that is how it is. Okay lets order here to pick up tomorrow. No, can't do that. But your employee said you said I could. She was mistaken she says. Your other employee said I could get them out of the display. She was mistaken she says. Wow you threw both your employees under the bus and also should you have not taught them well. Why can't I have the display fruit. Because the reward was for mixed fruit she said not strawberries. I showed it to her again and said where does it say that-it just says fruit. That's just what it is she said and besides we aren't doing anything but valentine orders. I was so angry, confused, frustrated. Such incompetent women. I said I'd like to have corporates number and she said look it up. It won't do you any good they aren't going to help you. I just walked out. Stunned. As many of you said corporate doesn't call back so she is probably right. I will never, ever shop or order anything from any Edible Arrangement ever again. I unsubscribed to their emails. I will tell everyone I know to NEVER waste their money with this company.
