Showed up early for appt. Told less than a. Hour and they took over the hour. They blame swollen lug nuts but the dealership says they keep messing them up

This place has taken care of my family for years. However, it is always extremely busy, so make sure you pre-plan before your trip. Parking is awkward and small due to the design of the shared spaces of the business—just my warning. The staff has always been timely, respectful, and honest.

Bought 4 tires on their website and set installation appointment. Installation was done within 30 minutes despite them being very busy. My back tires were newer, so I bought a new rim and now have a full sized spare as well. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this shop!

if I can give them 0 stars I would. I went to them with one of my tires loosing air they checked it out and said it was a screw and they would fix it but it was gonna take awhile so I left my truck with them for 2 hours or so and when I pick it up the tire pressure dash light was still on I gave it some time thinking eventually it would shut off but guess what? it didnt! my PSI was 10!!!! I was so upset... it was worse then when I dropped her off. I honestly feel they didnt even take the tire off didnt even look at it. I think they did this because I am a female. Pretty sad to feel this way from a place you are supposed to look for for help right?

Horrible Manager and Service Advisor. I own older Volkswagens. Never had an issue until i came to this location. I just needed 195/65/15 tires on my 4.5" width stock beetle wheel. Which fits just fine on the fitment with no safety hazards. They refused to do so by going off of some chart they had.
I've been using these tire sizes for 10+ years on these older volkswagens, so has everyone else in the Aircooled Community.
They refused to do service. Went to Big-O Tires down the street. They ordered the tires, did the mount and balance. Went on with my day.
I do not recommend this location due to the Manager being uneducated.

It's a busy shop and I made an appointment in advance. Overall service was great. It would have been helpful to know that my car wouldn't be going into the service bay for 30 minutes, but that they still planned to get my car out by the projected 1 hour time that they gave at the beginning. Otherwise, everyone was courteous and helpful in explaining the details.
