My daugher made a reservation for me online and had accidentally reserved and paid for the wrong unit size. When she got to property and realized her mistake, Mike was able to help get her re done in the right size unit immediately with a better promotion than what was available for the smaller size and get us moved in.... read full comment

Called in to confirm a reservation, unfortunately it was the wrong location. Mike was so helpful and determined to assist me in figuring out the correct location . Though I didn’t have a reservation here, his help was so appreciated as I just got into town from out of state.
