Horrible. This girl refused to help me activate my backup phone told me to call customer service. I’ve had problems there before as well with information on upgrading. And over quoting prices. Would strongly recommend you don’t waste your time going to this location.

I been with the company for many years, and This place is a joke and don't even deserve 1 star! I went in there asking for help on a cheap, yes, but WORKING PHONE, and yes, I did mention a WORKING phone. Thought he was humble enough to at least help with that. No, This boy strait smiled all cocky when I came in a little (3/4days)over a week of having it, and told me it cant replaced, didn't bother helping me, says I'm stuck with itand that's what his manager will say.. before I can even get to the COUNTER! The boy behind the counter that had a curly mullet, was very unprofessional, rude, the first time with this one, he left the store unattended 30MINs , 30 mins before they closed! Didn't care there was 2 babies freezing! He may act friendly but he is what we call a snake and he WILL blind side u! He is not a person you want to trust for someone ACTUALLY HELPING YOU WITH A WORKING PHONE! Family cut ties and plus sum with this company if this isn't correctly addressed! Unexceptionable, and shouldn't be representing any company. Sorry not sorry.

Went in due to problem with calls dropping & wanted a new phone & service upgrade. The phone I selected was unavailable. The woman offered no alternative, was very interested in issues with my current phone service. I walked out with no phone, no new service & very frustrated
