Iam the chief engineer for a Hilton hotel and used Cost Plus many times in the past no issues but the experience at this location was a joke I called in a order and when I was going to pick it up was told that they don't do over the phone C C sales any more that they needed the physical card brought into the store so I took the company CC in and then was told it needed to be in my name I make to trips to the store and got no where the girl at the counter acted like she care less I am done with this place found what I needed on line to your self a favor and go on line
