Their bathroom is always out of service. The sign says temporarily, but it is permanent. They should put signs on the gas pumps saying the restroom is out of order so that we can choose to get our gas elsewhere.

If they had a zero rating I would rate this sort of zero. The store owner and managers have an issue with LGBT members due to them harassing me in the store I will never go back. First thing this lady did was call me sir. These people need customer service skills, I have referred them to the BBB as a "F" rating. These people are discriminatory and I really need to be shut down. The independent owner that owns the store call Mom I would like to hear back from you. Due to the facts of the high level of disrespect, I will be initiating other legal avenues against this company. I'm calling out all LGBT members of the community to boycott this business as it is unsafe for anybody on LGBT.

Ferry rude, they could say please and thank you once in a while instead of just yelling at you to move your vehicle. The prices are always higher here it's not worth it go somewhere else.

Based on the rudeness of the employees based on other reviews, I would not be surprised if many of the employees over here are basically ripping off customers. I bought a couple of items and obviously each item's price in the computer is higher than what is labeled. That's bait and switch. Apparently the cashier doesn't understand and he really doesn't care.I really think that this place needs to close down or get new management because they are doing many things wrong. Just because they're located right off of a highway does not mean that they are automatically a profit center if they are gouging people unethically. I will never come here again.

I was on a work trip, a busful of people were waiting on me and they wouldn't let me use the bathroom because there were some boxes in front of it. Totally rude.

Just on my way to work. Had to stop and use the bathroom. Lady comes and yells at me, tells me I have to hand over my backpack. And then tells me I can't come back because I refuse to give her my backpack. That's fine I won't come back but just know that is very rude customer service and I don't have to do as you say just because you come yelling at me very disrespectful. I did nothing wrong but go in use the bathroom and leave then I get yelled that to hand over my backpack what a joke! Was my first time there and will be my last

I had a horrible customer service experience here from a lady working the morning, and after reading the other reviews, I can see it's pretty common here. I was treated so disrespectful from the second I walked in the door. This lady should NOT be working in customer service. I will spend my money anywhere, but here and owners/ management should really address these same issues everyone is complaining about.
