No point in spending hundreds of thousands of dollars building a brush carwash in 2024.... Touchless carwashes are the only type of car washes that should exist from this point on, truly. I don't want micro scratches all over my new car and I'm sure you don't either so don't come here if you care about your paint in any way.

Adam the general manager and David the maintenance guy were so amazing to me they helped power wash my mats and they made me feel so welcome I will always come back to their cobblestone now because of how amazing they treated me everyone their was so kind my car died also and they gave me a jump and made sure I was safe to go home I am truly so grateful for those amazing people at Cobblestone. Adam deserves a raise that man is amazing!

to get to entrance use the 7-11 parking lot. really fast with many cleaning station bays. they have clean towels to wipe the inside down

The people who work at this location are charming.The general manager is a lovely gentleman, and there, I believe, is his assistant who had these beautiful emerald eyes. She is so sweet it makes my day when I wash my car in the morning, and if she's having a good day, then usually at my office down the road, we all usually end up having a good day.The vacuums are excellent here as well. If they are low suction nine times, and out of ten, you'll come back, and they work full power again, it's fantastic. I appreciate the staff here. I know they're not appreciated as much as they should be.

Be careful about purchasing memberships at cobblestone. They charged me double for 2 of my cars and tried to gaslight me saying they didn't show that on their system. After showing them proof however they did reimburse me. After that I cancelled all 3 of my memberships but got charged again the very next month. Again I had to show them proof which I did and again they gaslighted me saying I probably purchased a wash there. After that they stopped emailing me back altogether and i did not get refunded. I had been a customer for a couple of years and i had no reason to lie over 23 dollars when I've spent hundreds there over the years. Their custome service takes a long time to respond and the staff at their locations don't help you.

In my opinion, I’ve been to many cobblestone car washes and this wash kind of sucks It barely throws any soap on your car, and there’s so many other locations that will do double the soap than what this one does, and sometimes employees don’t listen when I tell them no wraps on the vehicle, and I’ve had multiple scratches and scuffs due to this one

If you value the integrity of your car's paint job, I strongly advise against using this car wash. Similar to numerous other reviews, my experience resulted in damage to my car's paint. AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS!!

Avoid this car wash if you don’t want your vehicle damaged!!!Brand new suv went through and heard a weird noise, came out with scratches and bent my license paint into thirds. When I brought to attention of the manager, he said their brushes only “swirl” and it was nothing on their end. If you care about your vehicles paint job DO NOT go here!!! No accountability and after reading other customers have had The same issue so will be contacting corporate. There is a reason the news station investigated this car wash company back in 2022 for damages that a lot of people were getting to their vehicles.Update: Corporate reached out and they finally did an incident report on damages and said they will get back to me. And now we wait… will updateUpdate: refuse to take accountability for damage stating scratches were not caused by them and if they were they have a “sign” stating the wash might cause damage and they are not liable. Avoid!!!!!!
