Absolutely the worst customer service experience from Jazmine Martinez! I am new to using this bank just because it’s a lot closer for me. She was the last straw for me for making my mind up on wanting to close my account.Not just the customer service but how inconvenient the service is as well.- I started a new account and had to wait on my debit card but then when I went to another branch I was told I could go to another branch a little out of the way and they would create me a debit card without having to wait. I wish I had that information sooner to save me time.- I had to travel from different branches because I needed to withdrawal $10k and a lot of the banks don’t keep that much on hand.- it’s stressful when you’re needing to have access to your own money but not being able to get to it without barriers.Highly recommend anyone and everyone to switch to firstbank.

My experience at PNC has been one of the best I’ve had at a bank in a long time, the bankers have always helped my with my needs and they have great rates on savings accounts!

BMO and Bank of the West is the biggest joke bank ever... I had to wait almost 15 minutes this morning on Saturday and asked to tell her if I could get out $3,000 when I have over $20,000 in my account and she has the nerve to tell me she can give me my money... This bank is a joke and I will tell all my friends that have your ban is a joke

Absolutely horrendous customer service from Jazmine Martinez! I have my business checking, personal checking and savings and I am considering taking it all to another bank because of the way she treated me and other customers before me! Horrible! I don't expect anyone to kiss my butt but I do expect respect and common courtesy and enough customer service to get the transaction done, this lady the only thing she didn't do was spit on me! NEVER going to this location ever again! I don't even know how someone can be in customer service with that type of attitude

PNC ATM took my debit card 2 weeks ago. I still haven't received my new card. I can't pay bills, shop, nothing without driving 20 minutes to a branch to withdraw hundreds of dollars, which they can't even place on a gift card or any other form except cash. Today, I called to see if they could at least tell me when my card would arrive but no. They can't even tell me if it's been mailed. "We can mail you another card." That's my option. Wait another 2 weeks and MAYBE get my new card but, hey. Maybe not. I've had absolutely nothing but issues since PNC took over my bank. I suggest looking elsewhere. I know as soon as my next direct deposit hits, I will be closing my account with this "bank".

Take your buissnes elsewhere. The manager here is the rudest, most disrespectful banker I've ever dealt with and not just at this branch but at two others the tellers and the managers are rude and disrespectful. The whole bank is a joke I have over 200k in my account and this j*** manager froze my account (nobody can tell me why either) and I've been dealing with customer service for over a week but nobody can understand freeze it. My family and I are going to be homeless in 2 days if I don't get some of my money, when I told him this he said its not his problem. Stay away from this joke of a buissnes

Looking to use this bank for a new construction or mortgage loan?We were referred here by our builders for our new construction loan. We selected BBVA over Elevations for one reason which was their ability to lock in a rate pre construction and a float down feature if rates changed by the time we went to close post construction. Early on we had problems. Cheryl caused a two month delay to start building with paperwork not being ready. An issue between her and our builders. Fast forward to construction they sent funds to the wrong account not once, not twice, but three times. Contracts we had in place for 50% payouts up-front were not honored and new contracts were needed. With the pandemic and lowest interest rates "ever" it was explained to us that "interest rates had not changed since 2019 when we qualified and the float down feature would not be honored." We were left holding a 3.75% interest rate and they would not match the rate unless we provided an estimate. Enough was enough, not a day after closing with BBVA we took our business elsewhere. Chase Bank offered us a 2.75% rate and had the entire refinance wrapped up in 45 days. Using BBVA and their inability to honor their float down feature cost us $10,000 into our new home. We are so happy to be with Chase bank over BBVA. It's clear Cheryl has nothing but retirement on the mind and processing paperwork to get that next paycheck. (cheers!) Your website Ad says it all. Your company is disconnected. Your rates and staff are actually the reason why we broke up with you. We are not coming back.Summary: Find another bank that does what they say they will.

I have been banking here since 2009 and i love it. The people who work here are really helpful and nice
