Money Market account is terrible. Was told verbally it had a 5% interest rate, which is a little low in this market, but I wanted the extra liquidity of having it at the same bank as my checking. It turns out it's actually just under 1%. $50 fee to close an account before 90 days is up. I'm very unhappy, strongly considering closing all my accounts here.

Bank of the West is your typical retail deposit bank. They were horrible as a business bank account for me.They closed my account without a real reason given. They defaulted to “The Bank reserves the right to close any account(s) at any time, with or without cause. Pictured attached to this review as proof.It was a major inconvenience. As a small business with payroll coming out of this business checking account, we scrambled to find new banking services before payroll was due.? ??

DO NOT BANK HERE!Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced! I disputed a bank fee and they closed all my accounts without notice. We had been with this bank for 20 years, both personal accounts as well as our 12 year old business. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE!! PERSONAL OR BUSINESS!! They are dishonest and preditory. Please save your money and go elsewhere!

They let you sit and wait in the drive thru for more than 15 minutes. I will not take my business to them no more and honestly think the credit unions are why better.

One of the worst banks I ever been with . Can't release my funds in a timely manner had to wait 84 hrs after a deposit . That is completely BS. Then on top charge me 35 .00 everytime I make a deposit and because it's under . Trying to get it above but it's complete robbery .from it's patrons and not telling people bout the fraudulent check that was coming in . That was not authorized is wrong stop helping scammers and help your patrons .

The lobby was closed so all banking was being done at the drive up; the tellers were very patient and helpful.

I would rate this bank zero if I could, I had a fraudulent transaction on my account so I called and disputed the charge and requested a new debit card to be sent, during that time of a new card to be mailed and received I called to activate the new card and found out my account was closed and charged off to collections, this is completely against best practices and my account was not used as I was waiting for new debit card and unable to make a deposit due to not having a working debit card as I reported mine being used fraudulently and there business hours to make an in person deposit as they close at 3pm due to staffing, I am at work during the time they open and close!!! Completely unacceptable especially with a dispute going on!!!

I think they're shut down. I live near by and have come here during regular hours a dozen times in the last 6 months. There is a sign saying lobby is closed, use drive thru but drive thru is also closed

I made an appointment with belma at 12:30 pm and waited a whole hour before I left and took my business somewhere else. Don't come here don't bank here. Horrible service
