“I came here last year to get my tires and I am not coming back because of the reasonable price because I can’t find cheaper tires I came because the quality of the product and most of all the manager I believe his name is Patrick. He is an elite Service Pro not only did he remember me, even if he didn’t remember me he made notes when I called in that he did and when I came in, he made me feel comfortable at ease made time for me with my busy schedule and even went out of his way to adjust my bumper that have been damaged in the parking lot on my way to see him did not even happen on his property or premises, but he took the liberty of go ahead and buttoning up my rear bumper. When I do need tires for my kids or my girlfriend or anyone in the future better believe I am bringing them to Patrick at Big O tires”

“I am beyond impressed with Ram Transmissions. Admittedly, I was not the easiest customer to deal with. I came in for an evaluation on my Ram 2500, as the transmission was starting to give me trouble. Since I rely on my truck for work, I was in a time crunch. To make matters worse, I had issues with my credit card and had to request a rushed replacement. Unfortunately, the bank couldn’t provide me with any interim details to share with the shop. Throughout this stressful situation, Joe remained incredibly patient and professional. He went above and beyond to assist me, despite the challenges.
In the end, I got my truck back just in time, and the difference in performance is astounding—it runs like new! I can’t say enough good things about Joe and his team at Ram Transmissions. Joe, if you see this—thank you for everything!”

“Overall, I would recommend. My experience related to an insurance claim, so payment and the whole process was a little different.
First, I stopped in and wasn't able to make an appointment as the insurance company needed to verify. Once that was completed, I returned. Nick was very efficient and quickly determined the estimated price and set up the next appointment to get the car in for repairs.
Repair time was set for about two weeks and a link was sent that showed where in the process the repair was at. I loved having this, but, unfortunately, it was not updated. However, I did receive calls and texts about where we were at in the process.
The procedure ended up taking about a week longer than expected. However, an update was given and I was able pick up the car a few days before the updated expected completed date.
The work completed looked great! In addition, the car was cleaned and looked better than it had in months!
Customer service was good, timliness was a little slow and the product was wonderful. Would definitely use again...”

“At Diesel Day Dreams, they went above and beyond on my 2020 L5P. I had an emergency on my hands while traveling for work. The coolant feed pipe/gaskets cracked while hauling my fifth wheel. I made a phone call hoping they could help me out of a pinch. To my surprise they got all the parts same day and installed/ fixed the issues. With their already full schedule, my “30 mins away” phone call, and squeezing my problem into their day spoke volumes about the type of shop they operate. Well organized and on top of their game. “I recently had my throttle body cleaned and an engine mount replaced for about $1,200. (cry cry) So expensive. But likely much cheaper than the dealership. I also asked if they had any discounts and was given a $100 discount because they had a flyer going around. They are also one of the only companies that will apply the initial diagnostic towards the cost of service in the area. This is why I chose them in the first place. That and the guys at Jiffy Lube suggested I go there.
Overall it took about 5-6 business days from my dropping off my car for an initial inspection to getting it back. They had to order parts. They picked up every single time I called to check on an update or when I had a question and were very helpful and transparent. I took one of their free pens and two sodas to ease the pain of the cost and felt a little better.”
