I am so happy with the result from kaizen North Glen East collision they did such a wonderful job restoring my Ford F-150 after an accident my truck looks great and I would recommend kaizen northglenn East collision repair to anyone they are the best in my opinion

The communication with this place is so terrible. Trust me, bring your cars anywhere else. Took forever to get an estimate, had to call them to get it. Then they sent my insurance an estimate of the value of my car while it was across the road at their other repair partners shop. Which is strange because when I showed up to get my belongings out, they had no clue where my car was. I had to tell them it was possibly across the street.
Just look at the reply, they couldn't even get my name right. This is the person who will be doing your estimate. Just a heads up!

I have had two vehicles needing repairs. One from Collision damage and one from hail. Kaizen Northglenn East exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond with their service. The customer service and quality of work was amazing.

I was very impressed with their service. They did a great job communicating and performing the repair. They also have a great staff. They were very friendly, professional, and courteous to me, but you could also tell that they really loved their job, each other, and doing good.

Everyone at this shop truly cares about their customers and understand that it is a stressful time to be without your vehicle. They explained what I could expect from the process and followed up with me to keep me updated from beginning to end. They also gave me money saving options for the repairs. I can’t speak highly enough about this shop and their staff!

STAY AWAY! LIAR CHEATS & CRIMINALS. The entire process was full of lies, disrespect and crimes. I ended up taking my vehicle with items still not repaired and the manager told me to take it to a dealership, trade it in and make it someone else’s problem! Items that were said to have been repaired was discovered not to have. Frame and body still not square even though I was charged for that to be fixed. Suspension dash lights back on after being told there was no suspension damage. And to top it all off, there is paperwork in my vehicle as if someone was using it as their own personal vehicle while they had it!

Single handedly, I have never had a better customer experience anywhere across any industry than that of which I received at this location. The front staff made the check-in and wait amazing especially since I had my little with me. I am still working through the process with insurance; however, Kaizen East's approach to customer service in the front guarantees my business. Thank you for the experience.
