Zana is very active, responsive, friendly, understanding, knowledgeable realtor. She helped us researching real estate listings, putting down offers, negotiating, winning a bid (actually two in succession), and successfully closing the property what we happily call “home” now. She was on top of all the steps in closing our property in less than two weeks. She is very thorough. Her quick responses (texts & emails) and the actions she took were very helpful for us. She wholeheartedly listened to our interest and acted promptly to revive our turned down counter proposal that was surreal! Her connections to mortgage lenders were admirable. She is knowledgeable about the neighborhoods, property details, and accommodating to day long house visits representing us. Even after closing she follows up with us, and extended assistance in other real estate matters. I am thankful to her and would definitely recommend her to anyone who is in the real estate market looking for a home — Zana is definitely the agent you need.

Working with Zana was an absolute breeze! She was incredibly easy to work with, always responding promptly and communication, even over the weekend. When it came time for the closing, she was early and prepared a gift for the buyers. It was such a rare and refreshing experience to have both the buyer and seller present at the closing. It was great to work with a real estate professional. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a fantastic real estate agent!

This past month I had the pleasure of working with Zana to purchase my first home.
Buying a home can be stressful, and making sure you have the right realtor at the helm is mission critical.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Zana on the purchase of our first home. From day one, she made the whole buying thing a breeze. Listened to our quirks patiently and understood our requirements quickly. Zana is the best in the market and knows very single detail about the housing market, she did such a fantastic job from finding the right listings, to pin-pointing all the pros and cons to negotiating the perfect deal. Zana worked with us for 18 months while we sold our condo, then turned our attention to buying a single family home. She was incredibly patient. Living in California during this process wasn't ideal as we couldn't see homes in person, but Zana went to every open house we asked her to and took a video walkthrough of the property for us. She also helped us manage a very turbulent market as we were getting outbid by >$100k on multiple homes. Eventually the market cooled and Zana was able to help us find the home we ended up buying and made sure we didn't overbid in the process. She also had our backs throughout the closing process (also virtual), and a period after closing where the seller continued to live in the property. We would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. She's awesome.

Simply put, Zana is wonderful. She helped us buy two homes and sell another in the past few years.
