Took in a gold chain for a simple jump ring replacement and included the pendant part for reference as I wanted that to be removable. First they reused the old jump ring which was damaged and the salvageable part was way too small, also, and most disturbingly, they COMPLETELY MANGLED the bale of the pendant. This was done without consulting me and was totally unnecessary. Turns out they had an apprentice work on a $3,000 necklace! They tried again and the bale looks okay, but it's just okay. They now want to charge me. I would DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND this store.

This was one of the best shopping experiences. I'd looked for months for a unique engagement ring without success. As soon as I walked into this shop, Jan found the perfect ring for me! Wow! What a fabulous experience. Jan really does treat her clients like family. I walked in with two pieces and she swiftly utilized her expertise to quote me price on one and get the other set up on consignment. So quick, so easy, and so friendly! Highly recommend if you have have pieces to sell, consign, or repair.

I broke the chain on my diamond pendant. I received this pendant for Mother's Day, so it was very special to me. My husband found this jewelry store and took it in for repair. The work was impeccable. You would never have known anything was done with the chain. These people are that good. Looks like we have found our new jewelry store.
