This has been my home pharmacy since 2008. The online pharmacies, Big Box pharmacies, mail order, etc - suck in comparison. DO NOT believe any bad reviews by triggered customers. Go here - even if it's out of your way. Jenny, Sheila and Antionette are the best - and it's not even close!

I love this goofy city market. It's hit or miss on produce but usually pretty good. They have some hard to find stuff and a good collection of vegan cheeses and meats. Prices are really great.

The staff is excellent and helps me with all of my questions and I have a lot!I really want to give the pharmacy 5 stars (10 if you went that high). They have a stressful job and I see the customers treat them more rudely than the staff treating the customers, as one comment stated. I would like them to get recognition by their upper management and corporate as well.Please pass it on if possible.Thank you,A very happy customer

We have used this pharmacy for almost ten years. Jenny is especially kind and efficient and double checks with me any new meds. They are very short when they answer the phone and put you on hold but as a customer, I don’t want to get to the window and they are too busy on the phone. Scripts are filled very quickly and they help with some meds that are very tricky with my insurance. I highly recommend.

Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Slow and RUDE! The guy pharmacist wouldn't even make eye contact with me. Definitely will not be coming back.

I moved from the Denver area, so I was happy to find the checkers in the New Castle City Market are friendly, there is always someone to bag my groceries (I do big trips), and the other shoppers are mostly courteous. The florist is very helpful and friendly. I appreciate store is following COVID protocols, especially since there were documented cases from City Market in November. In contrast, many of the checkers in my older Denver area store often seemed angry, handled my groceries roughly - bruised my bananas & berries - and seemed annoyed by questions or any talking. Baggers weren't available, so customers had to bag their own groceries - unless they were elderly or disabled, at which point a manager stepped in to help. It was hard to bag everything before they started ringing up the next customer in line. They were annoyed my bags were in their way. Sprouts became that way too. It was always a stressful event to get groceries. New Castle City Market may not have all the choices I was used to in the big city. However, it's no longer a stressful event. I've adapted to the changes & they really do have everything I need.

The New Castle city market pharmacy those people are really wonderful those ladies are anyway we have finally got it down to where I can get all of my prescriptions at once and they're ready for me when I go in yay that's eight of them every month

This is not the fanciest City Market but the employees are the nicest and they always bag my groceries well. I have lived in the area and shopped at all of the City Market stores for 15 years. This store hands down has the best workers.
