“I went here to get a document notarized after my bank was completely unhelpful in getting it done. I called the (business) day before and was told they could notarize with a birth certificate since it was for someone with a lost ID, and the document needing notarized was to get a replacement ID, which I explained over the phone before going in. Upon speaking to the notary at the bank, he pretty much said there was nothing he could do and suggested we go to this place instead, because "maybe they do it differently". It was obviously a bit of a strange situation, not just the normal show ID, sign, get notarized, but the notary helped us figure it out and we were able to get the document notarized, instead of basically just telling us to go away.”

“Such a nice post office and a great postmaster! She was super helpful, fast and informative! I was 45 minutes early to my passport appointment. Thankfully, she was not busy, and was able to get me in and out in 5 minutes! The postmaster also told me to hold onto my 2nd passport photo just in case god forbid my passport get lost or stolen. This is to make retrieving that passport easy!”
“I go in this store often for many things including Amazon Returns. Reading some of these recent reviews about customers complaining about the store regarding their amazon returns because the customers do not follow directions is a huge shame the store has to take the negativity on this. “I accidentally addressed my package to the wrong address. Luckly, Alec at Fedex had suggested I take a photo of my receipt which I forwarded to the person I intended to send the package. They saw my mistake and I immediately called Fedex. Fedex was able to reroute my package to the correct address without any delays or additional fees. Something I never could have done with USPS! Not to mention I would never have realized my mistake until it was too late. Thank you so much for your proactive insights and for looking out for me!”
