Had my car towed here because of electrical issues and specifically told them its not the alternator. They had it for a week before doing anything, they told me it was the alternator and replaced it. The next day they found out that it was infact not the alternator and was the computer. Had to get the computer custom made from a 3rd party since its an old car which is understandable. They also changed out a single wire in my car going from the battery to the fuze box and not the wire going from the battery to the alternator. When they reconnected the battery connector they tightened them WAY too much and the bolts stripped straight through the connector rendering my vehicle, stuck and dead. I believe them to be way too expensive and ignorant.

These folks are the real deal. Great customer service and reasonably priced. Ben called to let me know what my car needed, what it would cost, and gave me a time-frame estimate. Next day he called with a status update. I really appreciated being kept up-to-date and not being left wondering what was going on with my car. When I picked it up, the price was exactly what I'd been quoted. No surprises. Nice people, fair prices and quality work.

Grant Automotive was recommended by a neighbor and I would recommend to others. My truck went limp and had it towed to a Ford dealer. They told me it was totaled. I then towed it to Grant Automotive for a second opinion and they too said it was totaled. They worked hard to find and replace the engine. They understood the situation I was in and sympathized. They did not take advantage and "milk" me for additional money. They were meticulous during the whole process. I trust them completely.Service: Engine repair

Grant Automotive is an honest, modern, friendly and professional automotive repair and service center. The people are friendly and their work is top notch for everything from scheduled service to heavy repairs. I can't say enough about the excellent service here. Ian worked directly with my warranty company to get the charges handled, and Ben gave me a ride home so I wouldn't have to hang out in the shop all day. They got the truck back on the road well ahead of schedule as well by going down to the city to retrieve the needed part. Excellent service all around!!

I had fluid under my wife's car that I couldn't identify-It's late November and the earliest the Ford dealership could get me in was January 25th? So I tried Grant Automotive- I got right in at 8am - It was hydraulic fluid leaking from a bad motor mount, it required replacement- I had the vehicle back before lunch- It couldn't have been easier and the price was right. I have 3 vehicles now out of warranty- So they'll be seeing me again- Very happy I went there-

Hands down one of my best automotive repair experience! Glenn Lee kept me in the loop on extensive repairs to the front end of my GMC Sonoma pickup. Ben Grant got personally involved in locating the best possible replacement parts.Some repairs are made with love for the truck. Grant Automotive recognized my motivation and treated my love with respect and me with dignity. Good people great service!

Very un knowledgeable. Spent over $4000.00 with this company on my truck and had to take it back to them 3 different times for them to actually fix what I brought it in to them for in the first place. If I could give 0 stars I would.Service: Brakes

I broke down right in front of their shop on a Sunday coming back from camping towing my toy hauler. I lost my brakes and steering due to a broken belt. I tried to find one to replace myself but couldn't find one. I didn't want to wait or pay for towing on a Sunday. So I decided to leave my truck there and drop my keys in the night drop box hoping they could fix my truck the next day. The next day Ken called and said he was really busy but would see what he could do. Well luckily he found the parts and was able to make time to fix my truck so I could get my toy hauler home. Thx Ken!
