“Absolute best BestBuy out there. I've been hesitant to even leave this review, bc to be blunt this is my favorite BestBuy in Denver and if anything I'd like for less people to know about it. I'll be transparent just bc I'm moving in a couple months- I'm greedy when it comes to the kind of items BestBuy sells. If you go to BestBuy to get something and they don't have it, 9.9 times out of 10 you're going to have to wait for them to stock another one, or order it. It's not like going to Safeway to get milk and they're out, but you've still got 30 other places you can get it. No. A ton of items are ONLY found at BestBuy... Anyway. Great customer service, everyone is very friendly/personable and knowledgeable about every single item I've thrown at them. And I've got drones from them, clothes washers amd dryers, Smart LED lighting, I built am entire studio from items bought at Denver West BestBuy. If I do try another bestbuy bc I'm in a different part of town, and they're sold out, there's a 99.9999% chance Denver West has got you covered. And they always greet you at the door like your purchase, is THEE "best" buy. Like they've all been planning and coordinating since the day you born, to witness you make this purchase. They make you feel warm and fuzzy without any criminal charges. Wish I could bring the whole store back home to Alaska with me.”

“My local home depot. Everyone is friendly! We bring our corgi and she has a blast and has a favorite associate there. One of the easier home depots to navigate. Clean store! Stock is generally ok-ish. That is why I'm not giving 5 stars cause I've had to drive to other stores a couple times.”

“We bought a bathtub and the remodel took longer than expected. When it was time to install the tub we realized that is was the wrong handed. It was over a year old. We returned it to the store and the store manager went above and beyond. We got a store credit which was more than we paid (the price went up over the year). Couldn't be happier with the customer service we received. Even the customer service representative was helpful and did everything they could to try to return it before calling the store manager.”

“We want to thank Tanya, Kitchen Designer at store #1514 for all the hard work she put into designing our kitchen. We had gone to several other kitchen design places, (some we even paid a small fee, to) before we settled on Home Depot, because we were skeptical of going to a "big box" store for this big of a home project. We found the specialized Kitchen Design places continually trying to upsell their products and services because they worked on commission. Other Kitchen Design places didn't want to take the time to listen to want we wanted but wanted us to make quick decisions so they could move on to another client and more commissions. However, Tanya, Kitchen Designer at Home Depot #1514, took time to really listen to our wants and needs and did her best to design the kitchen with that in the forefront of her mind. She was always responsive when we had a question or concern. We are nearing our project completion and couldn't be happier with our kitchen and the help we received from Tanya, Kitchen Designer at the Alameda and Pierce store in Lakewood.”
“I go 30 minutes out of my way to go to this store in particular, solely because of their customer service. For example, Severen in Doors and Windows recently went above and beyond to help me out. He patiently explained all the options, helped me apply for a Lowes card so I could get a discount and even delivered the door for me on his lunch hour since it wouldn’t fit in my car. His exceptional service should be given 100 stars. Thank you Lowes and thank you Severen!”
