I don't understand why this bank isn't open. They inconvenienced to me. I had to go all the way to the powers location,even though I live close. Wells Fargo is a disgrace! Once I get caught up on my bills with WF I am going to go to another bank. After 18 years,I should've learned my lesson by now. Wells Fargo sucks. I also forgot to mention that remember the scandal how they opened up fake accounts in peoples names and ruined their credit? and then took money out of their accounts without their knowledge? yeah talk about a shady unethical piece of shit bank. Fuck Wells Fargo.

I want to give 5 stars as the staff has always been extremely friendly. We secured our recent mortgage through this branch and If I was rating that experience alone, it would be 5 stars. That was so easy and J was awesome!! So if you're reading this because you are looking to finance a home, call Jim!! The only reason I am giving 4 is that I deposited a large check into my account here after discussing with the manager whether or not I can split it into separate sub accounts and inquiring about their high yield accounts. Since they didn't have anything that fit the bill, I verbalized that I would deposit it and then transfer elsewhere. Once I went to do this. I found out that there were limits on how much can be moved, the frequency and there are fees. She never voiced this to me. If she had, I would've deposited to the other bank from the start. I was able to work around it by linking them and setting up from the other bank to pull it from Wells vs Wells sending it to them. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and there are no waits when I've gone. Though we are mid-pandemic, so I don't know if that's what there are less people in there.

This place won't let you in the lobby without an appointment. Says it is following the "Law". Yet First Bank just down the road has a wide open lobby. Time to change banks.

This place is ridiculous. I've cashed my check here out of my own businesses account. Literally 3 times. Every other time was at another branch. This is the only branch that a couple of representatives Clearly discriminate against me. If another one of my technicians cashes his check, then no bats an eye. I try to cash my check, wearing a company shirt, presenting an ID that matches everything. Yet they call over a few people, bring in the manager, say signatures don't match, call the business to verify, and all while being extremely loud and everyone watching this event take place. Takes over 30 minutes. Finally get it cashed and the next time, same thing. THE ONLY BRANCH THAT DOES THIS.

Horrible service, horrible company, does not care about its customers or the employees. Only worried about getting you to open another account. By far the worst bank on the market! And closes at 5:30, what a pathetic joke!

I have found this Wells Fargo to have some of the nicest employees and quite possibly the slowest service. If there's someone in line in front of you expect your wait to be about 10 minutes, as there is rarely a time that more than one teller is working. There have been a couple of times that I walked right back out when I saw a couple people waiting just because I didn't have the time to wait.
