This is not a review of this Walgreens in particular, but pretty much an indictment of the entire company. I have lived in Colorado for 4 years, yet this company continues to send my prescriptions to a store in NC. I have called several times to ask them to stop doing this and to simply remove the NC location from my "record." Yet, they continue to do this over and over and over again and when I actually try to talk to someone about this, they claim that it's the doctor sending the scrips to NC, not them. Though I have no idea how that is even remotely possible since I have NEVER TOLD MY DOCTOR TO SEND THEM THERE, EVER! I even spoke with my provider and he said that the store they keep sending them to is not even on my chart, and in fact aside from my phone number he would have had NO IDEA I had ever lived in NC. Terrible company with terrible customer service all the way around. I will never give Walgreens any of my business ever again; and neither should you.

This place is awful. Inside the store is not pleasant either. The pharmacy is the most incompetent group of individuals I've ever seen. Take your business elsewhere.

Absolutely horrible pharmacy. This isn’t a one time incident. They are irresponsible and unorganized. Never answer their phones, updates are not on their phone, they’ve straight up lied to me before, and sometimes prescriptions just get “lost”. Who is running this establishment???

Prescriptions not ready when told they are. Out of medications. Some staff is exceptionally rude. Danielle is the reason I’m transferring to another pharmacy.

To the Pharmacy Staff, thank you! I was incredibly sick and came to the drive thru since I just couldn't come in. You all were epic in helping me. Your customer service was outstanding. I sent my son in to get Ginger Ale, crackers and other items to help my condition and you all found him in the store to assist him. I can't thank you all enough for your over the top customer service and humanity.

Worst Walgreens in the state. Was just there they had one person on the register on a Saturday then had to get a stupid price check that took 10 minutes long and a person behind me just needed a coke and chips for his lunch. I felt aweful for him. They need better management here and new employees. They are always slow as can be and every time there is a problem at the register they don't know what to even do.

I only gave a star because I had to. I've been going to this hole out of convenience for a few years now. Every time I go in there I, I regret my decision. There's never anybody at the register, and if there is they are not capable the least... There have been times where I stood at the counter for 5 to 10 minutes. While the employees continue to stock shelves. Im pretty sure they all ate paint chips... I called today to ask if they had an Easter Egg dying kits in stock. The mumbling idiot who answered the phone didn't know what an Easter egg dying kit was and then proceeded to put me on hold. When he returned to the call, he asked how he could help me again. So I then repeated myself for the 4th time. He put me on hold again and then 5 minutes later. Somebody from the pharmacy answered my call and start a discussing somebody else's prescription with me. I proceeded to ask her if everybody there was stupid and then I got into an argument where I was hung up on. I answered my question myself. Everybody, there is in fact very, very stupid. I get sad when I think that the very people who live in my community are the same dumb asses that run the store.

I don't know why I continue to go to this store. I guess because it's in my neighborhood and it is convenient but I always regret it. They are always understaffed and very unfriendly.... not customer service oriented at all especially if you need to pick up photos. They will continue to help customers at the registers before they'll give you any attention in the photo. They advertise photos in an hour, but if you order books your lucky if you get them in a couple of days. Overall....very poor Management. Julie in the Beauty section is amazing. I always enjoy seeing her...they are lucky to have her. So none of the negative review is for her. (This is the Walgreens off 105)

Seth and the Crew are wonderful people. All I've seen are smiles and great attitudes since I switched stores. Thank you.. They work hard please remember that when they've had long Days.

I don't understand why the store just closes at random! Meaning the pharmacy. They really need to remedy this problem as it is a serious one!

I've had nothing but good experiences with the store and its offerings. Pharmacy is struggling, as are most in this area.

I was at the store buying headphones and this olive oil looking girl and her karen mother were kind of judgemental. I even moved isles to get away not enough. Ended up in line at same time. Did not even smile. Mother came in just Karen stares, no speaking. Honestly, I was just buying headphones. What pisses me off is those read this will not believe me. Wish I could judge women this way. Other than that store was great.

Terrible service. Medications are never ordered on time. Several months in a row we have been told our daughter’s seizure medication is back ordered. Don’t know when we will get it in attitude but no follow up or phone calls are being made to see what the problem is so I have to jump through hoops calling other pharmacies so she doesn’t run out of her seizure medication! Should not be this difficult. After third time of this happening we had no choice but to switch.
