Worst Walgreens in the state. Was just there they had one person on the register on a Saturday then had to get a stupid price check that took 10 minutes long and a person behind me just needed a coke and chips for his lunch. I felt aweful for him. They need better management here and new employees. They are always slow as can be and every time there is a problem at the register they don't know what to even do.

Seth and the Crew are wonderful people. All I've seen are smiles and great attitudes since I switched stores. Thank you.. They work hard please remember that when they've had long Days.

I don't understand why the store just closes at random! Meaning the pharmacy. They really need to remedy this problem as it is a serious one!

I was at the store buying headphones and this olive oil looking girl and her karen mother were kind of judgemental. I even moved isles to get away not enough. Ended up in line at same time. Did not even smile. Mother came in just Karen stares, no speaking. Honestly, I was just buying headphones. What pisses me off is those read this will not believe me. Wish I could judge women this way. Other than that store was great.

They told me for days my brand of medication would be in the next day and today they just said yeah we can’t fill it tough luck. Don’t think I’ve ever talked to someone so rude in my life, wish I had gotten her name. Hope she sees this but doubtful.

Terrible service. Medications are never ordered on time. Several months in a row we have been told our daughter’s seizure medication is back ordered. Don’t know when we will get it in attitude but no follow up or phone calls are being made to see what the problem is so I have to jump through hoops calling other pharmacies so she doesn’t run out of her seizure medication! Should not be this difficult. After third time of this happening we had no choice but to switch.

Terrible photo printing service. Wrong orders, out of supplies to keep up with printing demand and no plan to fix, slow machinery, bad quality, apathetic employees…I could go on.

Wait times of 1hr+ to speak with someone from the pharmacy, just to get hung up on. Called in a prescription on 10/31, ran out on 11/6, and it’s still not ready as of 11/8.The difficult part is getting ahold of a staff member to ask when the refill will be ready by; if you ask the automated system it will tell you “tomorrow.” Just looking for some accurate info but can’t seem to get it.

Pharmacy is absolutely the worst!! Danielle is the main reason we will not be returning. Acts like it's MY fault my daughter is in THEIR system wrong, with two accounts on file....extremely rude and unhelpful especially when I'm just trying to get my kiddo her blood thinners refilled. I understand her life might be absolutely miserable but if it's that unbearable... either get a new job or go to the other side.

Worst of pharmacy I’ve EVER been to. They never have RX ready even if you’ve called ahead. They ignore you leaving you waiting in line for 20 minutes every time. They are totally incompetent in all ways. Even the regular checkout (non-pharmacy) is a nightmare. You’ll be sorry if you even try them once. Have your prescriptions called in somewhere else!

Always understaffed. You have to search for a checkout person. Never again will I use them for prescriptions. It’s been 24 hours of waiting for an antibiotic. Went over last night at 7pm and they are open until 8pm. No one was there.I called Walgreens on Baptist and they took the prescription over. It will be ready in 40min. I fear that they won’t be open much longer with the state they are in

This Walgreens has allowed me to go into withdrawal many times. There have been times when I had been waiting for a week for them to get my medication ready. I don’t think I have had a smooth process of obtaining my prescription at Walgreens. I have to change pharmacies because I cannot allow myself to go into withdrawals. After all, this Walgreens can’t get things done on time. I am disappointed, sick, and frustrated with this business. Please, for the sake of people needing their medication, step it up.

I have been going here for 4 years & I have always waited at least 5 minutes to check out, despite me being the only one in line. Staff seems extremely unhappy, never smiling, very flat affect, never offering to help. Walgreens is your classic Walgreens, well stocked and organized. I don’t understand why all the employees are so unhappy though! I’m assuming they’re understaffed and over worked, like everyone else, but doesn’t hurt ya to be kind

Went in to pick up a script that was actually sent to another nearby Walgreens. The worker said they didn't have it and that no other Walgreens had it. Insisted that despite me being sent a text that she could see all Walgreens and messages and that no Walgreens messaged me or had the script. I drove to the nearby store, and they already had it ready. The pharmacist tech at this store flat out lied or is too incompetent to know their own system
