I traded in my phone over November 26, 2023 at this store and was told within 1-2 billing cycles the credit would be applied. I am still being charged as if I didn't trade my phone in so last week I reached out and Verizon said they have no record of a trade in. I had to go in person to the store again for them to tell me they don't know where the phone is, but they'd have their manager call me ASAP. It's over a week later and I haven't been reached out to, I've tried to reach them 4 different times with no luck and am still having to pay much more on my bill than anticipated in the meantime. I don't just have extra money lying around, I traded in for a reason. And I don't have time to go in person to the store each day until it's resolved. Will NEVER do business at this office again.

They'll definitely try to scam you so make sure to ask lots of questions. They tried adding a lot of upcharges onto our plan and when asked what they were for they said, "taxes and fees." When I asked them to print out and show me these fees, they instantly said they could give me a discount that was half of what they were originally trying to charge.

Easy access w/ handicap parking. Nice wide open showroom. They had lots of the newest phones & accessories to select from. After being with another carrier for over 20 years, I had concerns of the headache that it might be for us. However, Trevor made it an easy experience switching to Verizon. Very polite, friendly. His experience showed with all the knowledgeable that he shared & displayed. We ended up switching all of our family to new phones & even got their home internet service for a better price then we’ve been paying.I would recommend anyone looking for a new phone or service to make this one of your stops.

Store hours are listed on google and on the website to open at 10 am. Lights were on, door was locked, and nobody was inside. We waited until 10:20 and called customer service only to be told the store didn’t answer for them either. Very frustrating!

Our customer service rep was disengaged, unenthusiastic and spoke so quietly we could barely hear her. She could not explain what the additional fees were for. She set up our phones incorrectly putting the information into the opposite phones. Ultimately, this was a horrible waste of time and we will not be back.

Totally unhelpful. I placed an online order for in store pick up, was told two hours when I arrived 4 hours later I was told that it might be ready tomorrow. No apologies, no help, just a glare of get out I’m trying to close. I can’t come tomorrow as I have to go out of town for work. I have no idea how long they will hold my order but I bet that will be a massive hassle

Deceitful Advertising!I brought four devices to a new plan. I indicated to the employee that I wanted to take advantage of the "bring your own device" promotional plan. Somehow I left with four activated lines, but this promotion was not activated on my account.I would like to better understand how I could be so clear in the store and leave post-purchase without having the promotion activated. Verizon support has indicated that since it has been past the 30-day window that I am not eligible.That is beyond belief!

This Verizon dealer was extremely helpful when I came in for assistance cloning my data from an older Android phone to a new iPhone. Dionne provided the best service I've ever received at a wireless store!
