I love tri-lakes collision and service. In particular, Paul has always been great to us. He never tries to upsell me on anything, prioritizes issues to make them affordable, and communicates with you to see what your goals are. Just recently took my husband truck to them for hail damage repair. They were absolutely amazing! The work done to the truck was superb and they made it beautiful again. They fought for us with our insurance and we truly appreciate them going to bat for us.

I first got a hold of Tri Lakes Collision after having ran over a trash bag of lawn clippings (including a huge log!) On the middle of the freeway.
I'm not native to Colorado (but I got here as fast as I could!) And I'm the person in the friend group who could teach you all about musical Theater, healthcare, and video games. What I can't tell you about is cars. My intelligence with cars is nil. Which can make it very intimidating to find help especially in a new state 1,000 miles away from family and friends.
Well let me tell you all my fears were gone after speaking with Gina, the firecracker who runs the front desk. She is so damn nice and has such an awesome personality. She took care of me from the moment I walked in the first time to the moment I left with a fixed vehicle.
And that vehicle was left in the more than capable hands of Mr. Jorge. Jorge is a master of communication and updates. Letting me know what was going on every step of the way.
Ya know ever since 2020 I've noticed a general lethargy among people in the service industry. It seems we are all scraping by doing the bare minimum. We'll imagine my surprise when Jorge didn't just do his job but he went above and beyond. I am so grateful to find that the small town friendliness, courtesy, respect, and hard working attitudes I grew up with are still able to be found and Tri lakes Collision.

After getting rear ended and the jerk drove off, we asked around and Tri-Lakes was highly recommended by several trusted friends. We went out of our way to get the work done here and we’re glad we did.
James and his team are incredible. Loved the ladies at the front desk! They patiently walked us through the confusing steps with our insurance company and car rental and always took our calls to explain where we were in the process. My car came back looking like new! They went above and beyond and are just awesome people.

I have had an extremely disappointing experience with Tri-Lakes Collision, where my Range Rover has been in their possession for over a year. The service manager, Chelsea, was assigned to my case. Unfortunately, my interactions with her were consistently negative. When I reached out to inquire about the progress of the repairs, I was met with defensiveness and, on multiple occasions, she even hung up on me.
It was only after I personally sourced a compatible bumper that there was any movement on my vehicle. This lack of initiative and ownership from the service team is unacceptable. I will not be using Tri-Lakes Collision again, and I strongly advise others to seek alternative options. If you do decide to go with them, I would recommend avoiding any dealings with Chelsea, as her approach to customer service is far from professional and, frankly, quite rude.
As of now, my vehicle is still with Tri-Lakes Collision, so I am unable to comment on the quality of their work. However, based on my experience so far, I have serious reservations.

Recently, my wife was involved in an accident on I25. We had our 2023 Bronco taken to Tri-Lakes Collision, where we have done business in the past on two different occasions. Their work has always been exceptional. Unfortunately this time the Bronco was total. The employees, ladies in the front office were wonderful though the entire process, and the estimater, George has been a big help working with the insurance company. Again thanks to all. Joe

Best experience I've ever had with any sort of repairs or services to my car. I was in and out of the office quick each visit, the employees were very kind and helpful, and my car now looks better than when I brought it in. I highly recommend Tri-Lakes Collision.

Picked up my vehicle today after over $10,000 worth of hail damage repair was completed by Tri-Lakes.
Found multiple dents that were not repaired, scratches on the roof, and pieces of my headliner not reinstalled after they removed it,
