“Before taking our vehicle here (Discount Tire of Monument), we had attempted to have it serviced by Big O Tire in Monument because that location is more convenient for us. We had scheduled an appointment with Big O Tire in Monument because we had a leak in our passenger rear tire. It was leaking to such, that I was having to add approximately 7psi of air every morning for the past several days. With a 35psi recommended spec, that means the leak was to such that the tire was losing approximately 20% of it's air daily. Per our appointment, we dropped the vehicle off at Big O Tire in Monument and 45 minutes later, they told us they couldn't find any leaks in the tire. I asked them to check again because I was absolutely confident the tire had a leak because I had to keep adding air every morning. They replied they would get to it when they could. We waited an additional 3 hours and they hadn't gotten to the vehicle. Due to time constraints, we decided to take the vehicle elsewhere. We took the vehicle to Discount Tire in Monument a few days later and in the meantime, I continued to add 7psi of air every morning because it was losing approximately 20% of its air daily. Within an hour, Discount Tire in Monument told us the tire had a nail in it, they removed it, patched the tire and we were on our way. Oh, and by the way, they didn't charge us. Going forward it's our plan to use Discount Tire in Monument for our tire needs. Thank you Discount Tire!”
