I’ve only gone to this Salon twice. The first time was before NYE. They seemed rushed and cut too deep into my cuticles and I started bleeding - they resolved this by putting superglue on my cut and proceeded with my nails. It’s been 7 months so I decided to try them again. While filing my nails after the top coat. The man with bleached tips aggressively filed my nail and on the last two he grinded into them at the wrong angle and cut a mm into my nail making them lopsided. Not to mention while I was washing my hands I was scraping nail polish off all the skin around my nails. Highly disappointed and I’m mad at myself for trying to give them a second chance.

Jojo does an amazing job, however when I checked out the amount was higher than expected for a basic fill with one design. We used 3 gel colors and 1 design on each ring finger. It was $67.00 but apparently using three colors is a seperate charge along with $15 for the design which I already expected. In the end I was happy and had no trouble paying the amount but the manager thought it was appropriate to over explain loudly so the entire nail salon could hear. Embarrassing when all I asked for was a quick explanation on the higher price. I probably won't be back. I'd prefer not to be humiliated when asking a simple question on price. I was a new customer, but plan to just go back to Colorado Springs instead of sticking close to home for nail appointments next time.

Update! So the owner ended up doing my nails after waiting for 1 hour to be seen. One of the workers there told the owner to ask me if the water was still warm for my pedicure. The owner responded by saying no it's fine and only asked after her employee demanded her to ask me. After my manicure and pedicure I went to pay like normal. The same employee from earlier came to help check me out saying I should get a discount for how long I waited. When the owner heard it she told the employee not to give me a discount right in front of me after she did my nails. Long story short I paid 110$ for a terrible manicure and pedicure. The owner has no empathy for her customers and only cares about the money. She has no regards for quality service.

Horrible waxing experience here. The lady who did them was not only rude but she was so aggressive during the whole wax. She left me with a cut and a burn under my eye and did not even wax half of my eyebrow. The wait was over 15 minutes and no one acknowledged my presence. Absolutely horrible job and horrible customer service. Will never be returning to any of these locations.

Horrible service! This is my 2nd time going here. Literally just walked out after an hour of waiting even with an appoinment!
The first time, I dealt with rude customer service! Very snappy though the nail artist did a great design! I do remember a school dance being held that day so maybe it was a stressful time.
I thought a year later (today), let's give them a second try. I waited an hour and still didn't get my nails done! There was no explanations or apologies for the wait. I had to walk out. I typed this in the parking lot. Why take appointment times if this is the case?! It's frustrating.
Also, they have a very limited amount of colors for gel. Dip seemed to have way more options.

There was a group of us that went in yesterday. I was first up to get my nails done. The guy was very fast, but not thorough. They did not have the color that I wanted and they convinced me to do something else that I did not like they are overpriced, I told them I was only going to pay them $50 for the job that they did and I shouldn’t even have paid that, No wonder why the salon was empty and the one across the highway was booked should’ve known better

I had the best experience in 15 years yesterday here! I received a gift certificate for another nail salon in the area, and it was rushed and terrible! It was recommended to me to try this salon and ask for Kitty. Called, got in the next day. The atmosphere was so relaxing. Kitty took her time with my tiny beds, and even removed my dry, wintery cuticles. Kitty is absolutely AMAZING! This will be my regular nail salon and nail tech from now on! Thank you Kitty so much!

I tried this place for the first time and based off the services received it’s not a place worth going.
My pedicure lasted only 20 minutes (and I didn’t get the basic package). Of those 20 minutes, they spent 10 minutes just painting my toes. So for the hot rocks, massage, exfoliating scrub, nail trimming, and callous removal, the tech did all of that in 10 minutes.
The pedicure was painful since the tech was in such a hurry (and it wasn’t busy). The tech made it very aware she did not want to do this service.
For my nails, the service was equally terrible. They didn’t do a clean job and my nails already look like they grew out for a week. I got them done today. I asked for dip and was given gel.
I was here for two hours and when they did my nails, the tech kept getting up and walking away to service other people. Then I was sitting for about 10 minutes with partial drilled nails. The tech passed me off to someone else instead of coming back. Me and the tech never had a conversation the whole time she did my nails so I was unaware of anything happening.
For the new tech I asked for a simple design. I wanted a number painted on one nail.
The tech paints my nails and then tells me I had to wait to get my nails finished. They don’t finish my nails and made me wait so they could start someone else’s nails instead.
I did not have them do the design, instead I told them I was done with the services and just wanted to pay and leave.
They informed me that because the other techs were too busy talking that’s why it took so long before they could do my design.
They tried to get me to stay so they could finish my design but I declined and paid for what was done. Based off of this experience, I’ve never been treated so poorly and has left a bad taste in my mouth. Take your money elsewhere.
