Great office products at reasonable prices! Staples also provides an exceptional service by recycling electronic and plastics than are not accepted by my local recycling service!

I just came in to pick up an Amazon package but wanted to let others know that the hours google states are wrong (as of when I looked, June 22, 2024). Here’s what was posted at the store to reference instead (I think it’s just that it opens at 10 am instead of 9 am on Saturdays)

Glad to have an office supplies store close by. Most products are sold at high prices here, but we understand the costs of doing business continue to rise with higher labor and transport costs have risen dramatically, and increasing regulatory burdens are squeezing small and medium businesses.

I wish I could give this place a 0! After 2 attempts to get a simple lamination job done which I’ve had done elsewhere and it only took 5 minutes- they spent forever trying to collect all kinds of personal information which was not necessary, and then after that I discovered they didn’t have the right product anyway, and then it took forever to get a refund because no one really seemed to know how to do it.

Horrible experience attempting to get information on applying for TSA Precheck for my husband and I. Called Monument, Jackson Creek store. Chose TSA information line. An employee, ABBY (Abigail) answered. I attempted to ask a few questions, before we completed our application and book our appointments online. The rudeness and impatience she displayed was horrible. I guess because she didn't know an answer, she disconnected ....WOW! Will go anywhere else for TSA precheck.....very bad impression. TSA Precheck needs to choose a different store.

Came into this store running late and Katherine went beyond the extra mile to help me with my design of my business cards and stayed late to be sure that everything was finished and done correctly, amazing customer service!
