Great customer service! I use Postal Annex for all of my shipping. They are always friendly, efficient and helpful. They give me options for which carrier offers what prices and time frames for delivery, so I can choose what's best for each situation. Recently the US postal service lost one of the packages I shipped and Armand followed up promptly, filed appropriate requests with USPS and eventually it kicked the postal search system into action and they found my package. This is a full service, one stop shop! So convenient and responsible! Thank you!

I love the Monument Postal Annex. I always go there for all of my shipping needs. Staff are always friendly, kind and helpful. They make the process so easy to drop something off, getting it packaged or labeled. I've never had an issue shipping anything. They have everything you need plus a variety of cute gifts and cards.

I come to Postal Annex in Monument for notary services and the staff always provide great customer service with a smile. It's rare that I ever have to wait more than a few minutes for service and most of the time, someone is available to help right away when I come in the door. The notary service is always quick, efficient, and they offer a good price point.
