I received exceptional service from Monument Pharmacy for my dog's prescription. They called me within an hour of receiving the prescription from my vet, to obtain shipping and payment information. The prescription shipped the next day, and I received it a day later (granted, I am about 40 miles from the pharmacy). The whole process was very efficient, and the price I am paying for the medication is very fair.

I called to see if they have my medication in stock because other local pharmacies are out and she said "We don't carry that here." while their website specifically lists "Finding lingering stock or compounding back-ordered or manufacturer-discontinued FDA-approved pharmaceuticals by prescription" under DRUG SHORTAGES.

You all are so sweet. I stopped by last week to let you know that my beloved Boo passed away. Your pharmacy made his thyroid medication. I told you so you could update records so I wouldn't be sidelined by an innocent refill reminder. You sent a card, and everyone signed it! I was not expecting that. You make me feel that Monument is still the town I grew up in. Thank you so much for taking great care of our town!

Monument Pharmacy is amazing! I am a local veterinarian and having a compounding pharmacy here in town is such an amazing resource when pets will not take their medication in whatever liquid or pill form it usually comes in. I also LOVE that I can call in a prescription here and actually speak to a pharmacist immediately (usually within 1-2 rings!) vs. all other pharmacies where I may sit on hold for up to an hour or have to leave a message and then play phone tag all day (which I DO NOT have time for!). It is the only pharmacy that I will actually call prescriptions into for my clients because it is so efficient and the staff is always so helpful and accommodating!

After a nasty round of Covid I was able to get some meds from the amazing crew right before the holidays they even went above and beyond by staying just a few minutes late so I could pick them up! Really an amazing group of people coming together to help me get better! I will now forever use the monument pharmacy!!! Thank you so much!

This place is horrible line is actually faster outside drive thru although if you want to wait about 1/2 hour to get your medication even worse inside employees are Slower than molasses !
