“Josh was the BEST person we’ve ever worked with on cell phones, and we’re retirees. He was professional, incredible efficient, personable AND he found a charge on our bill leftover from the Sprint takeover. We had been paying that fee for a couple YEARS, and he caught it and eliminated it. He fought for a reimbursement for us. He multi tasked like no one I’ve ever seen, working with three of us on different phones at the same time. Keeping every single thing in order. “Dan, who works at the electronics section, is awesome! He is knowledgeable about electronics. I told him what I wanted to accomplish with my laptop, which was connecting two monitors to it. Initially, he recommended a $90 product that could have worked. However, he asked me some more probing questions and saved me some money by recommending a $14 connector instead that would actually do the same thing since I had the right ports on my laptop. He could have just sold me the $90 product but he put the customer first. If you have any questions about electronics, ask Dan. He is Honest, knowledgeable and friendly. The man deserves a raise!”
