Not sure a facility could have more carless, rude, unpleasant and downright nasty employees... My wife and I are here for the summer and needed some labs drawn. After not finding accurate information online and no one answering the phone, she stopped by the facility to asked if they've received orders from our doctor back home. Instead of explaining things as a decent human being, they rudely and abruptly cut her off and said they didn't have a fax machine. She then asked if there's a way they could've received an order as our doctor said she had sent one. They then threw paperwork at her and told her to go somewhere else as apparently they refuse to treat/care for patients from out of town and then yelled at her, again stating they don't have a fax machine. She proceeded to leave very upset without a care in the world from that office. Clearly customer service or even human decency doesn't exist at this facility. A simple courteous response was all that was necessary but these employees are simply not capable of being decent...

No one was there to tell me that you have to be a patient of this facility to get blood work done here. Finally saw the sign. Massive waste of time and frankly this place shouldn't even come up in a google search, or at a minimum it should have a title like "Labcorp for Centura Patients Only." Really, really upset about the wasted time today. Labcorp has been missing the mark a lot lately with false advertising about their hours on Google (despite me helping correct them, only to have that undone). Might change labs. It's getting ludicrous.

So far the phone number listed on google and on insurance co website is no longer in service; their hours are not listed; found their hours only to find that they are not open as long as doctor office is; when I called with number Dr. gave me, no one answers the phone!

Super frustrating to plan a visit which includes a child missing school only to learn that they won’t help you unless you are a patient at that facility. In the tech age, this information should be front and center somewhere easy to access rather than in the elevator. Front desk staff was rude about letting us know as well.

Labcorp needs to update to tell people that you have to be a patient of Centura health or you will be denied service at the tri-lakes Monument location. Very frustrating for tech and community members

Do not go here if you are not a patient of Tri-Lakes Primary Care!Wasted my time to complete a required lab for an employment opportunity. Dorine was very rude & seemed “bothered” by me being there. Very confusing process!

The website does not say that this Labcorp location discriminates against anyone who is not a patient of the primary care doctor next door. I wasted my time and gas driving here -

Terrible service, the staff are heartless as they would not help my 91 year legally blind mom with getting a urine sample "Not my job" was what we were told........ I guess they were too worried that lunch as twenty minutes away....................

This place is horrible. You sit there forever while you hear the ladies planning a menu and no patients being seen. Brought my daughter in for a blood draw- this is her arm a day later. Clearly the lady probed. They see pediatric patients- I imagine there are many horrible experiences!

This location at Jackson Creek will ONLY service Tri Lakes Primary... AND THE ONLY PLACE THAT SAYS THAT IS THE ELEVATOR GOING UP It's not on the website or their phone message.... And of course they never actually ANSWER the phone.

I am pleased to recommend this facility at St Francis Medical Center on Powers Blvd. The phlebotomist in Monument was unable to make the draw, but the incredible phlebotomist at the hospital location was terrific, no problems, no discomfort. Kudos!

What is even the point of having a LabCorp in monument if they won't take specimen dropoff? It's specimen DROPOFF. If I have to drive all the way back to the doctor who ordered it to drop it off it's not much of a DROPOFF is it?

They will only draw blood if your a patient of this location. Was told today 01/15/21 they are no longer open to the general public. Sucks for us in monument.
