The only reason I am giving 4 is that I deposited a large check into my account here after discussing with the manager whether or not I can split it into separate sub accounts and inquiring about their high yield accounts. Since they didn't have anything that fit the bill, I verbalized that I would deposit it and then transfer elsewhere. Once I went to do this. I found out that there were limits on how much can be moved, the frequency and there are fees. She never voiced this to me. If she had, I would've deposited to the other bank from the start. I was able to work around it by linking them and setting up from the other bank to pull it from Wells vs Wells sending it to them. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and there are no waits when I've gone. Though we are mid-pandemic, so I don't know if that's what there are less people in there.”
