I dropped my dog for a few days while my husband and I were out of town in March. I was able to view the live feed of my dog. When I picked her up, she had lost a noticeable amount of weight. I'm not sure if she was not being fed or she just wasn't eating. Either way, I wish I had gotten a call letting me know what was going on. We had an emergency contact but she was not called either. We recently went out of town again and we did not take our dog here and probably will never take her back there again.

This pup could not love doggie daycare more. When I drop my dog off I feel like she is in the best hands and all the staff are so sweet.

I’ve been using them consistently for my Frenchie for both daycare and boarding and they are great. My dog is so happy there and the nice staff up front are always excited to see him. Glad to know he has a home away from home when needed. My dog always comes home so tired so it’s a great place to socialize and get that energy out.

I can’t say good enough things about Britney other than she is a great asset to this location! She went above and beyond for me today and I was beyond thankful to receive excellent service because of her.

Our dogs love it here. They get so excited when we are pulling into the parking lot and can't get in to play fast enough. they are always well taken care of.

This place is mediocre, the people at the front desk seem to have no concept of time. I’ve gone to pick up my sisters dog up, I believe I waited precisely thirteen minutes just for someone to come back. That was not very costumer service of them, I find it rude when people don’t acknowledge the wait and the staff wasn’t obliged to have any manners whatever! Maybe adding a friendly welcome would help. Or If I dare even suggest human decency this place would run more smooth .

The staff here is very friendly and the doggos love it here. They always come home tuckered out and ready for a nap.
