Wonderful staff, excellent repair. My car was even cleaned on the inside before it was returned to me. I was kept in the loop during the entire process. My car was complete by the estimated date. And I had zero issues regarding dealing with insurance or anything like that. Caliber made it all quick and painless.

Had my vehicle repaired at Caliber Collision in Monument CO., after hitting a deer. Front right end has to be repaired / replaced. Had USAA insurance and working with Jennifer Langley at Caliber Collision made the process seamless. Even though there was an appointment mistake, Jennifer was able to work me in, file the paperwork and schedule the repairs. Outstanding repair work on the vehicle by the shop, communication was thorough and kept me appraised each step of the way. Easily give the work and team at the Monument shop 5 stars. Highly recommend and if needed, I'll take my vehicle there again.

Excellent repair work and customer service! Jennifer Langley was my service advisor and wrote the estimate, then kept me aware of my vehicles progress throughout. If Jennifer was busy, Kacey Frazier the general manager stepped in and was keenly aware of my vehicle and its status. Finally, Jessica Miles at the front desk has impeccable customer service skills, and delivered my vehicle to my home when repairs were complete (I was away). All-in-all, a great experience and a flawless repair!
