We were vacationing in Montrose and needed my BP med. I called my doctor in OK on Friday and wanted to pick up at Montrose Walgreens. I called Saturday to see if I could pick up to discover the Pharmacy is CLOSED on Saturday and Sunday! I've never heard of this! This is pure disregard for their customers who need medical support.

Absolutely horrible management!!
Harassed me in the bathroom for powdering my nose after I had just spent over 100 dollars at there location. An associate had given me permission to use the restroom. I explained to her I was on my way to meet my family for breakfast and was just powdering my nose really quickly before hand. she proceeded to tell me if I was going to have an attitude she would kick me out of the store and I would not be allowed back. I told her it didn't matter I don't live in this town anyways And that I was reporting her to her headquarters for the harassment. She followed me out of the store and called the police on me. Worst experience ever in a Walgreens will not return to this location ever!! Do not recommend.!!!

Don't waste your time the people there are incredibly rude in the photo department. They have no business being in customer service. When I picked up my photos all the photos were sized incorrectly however I sized it correctly on the computer at home. All they could do is give me store credit. I spent $200 on photos that are completely useless to me. Walgreens needs to hire better caliber of managers and employees. You would think they would notice them being cut off as their printing them out and give you a call that would be customer service. This is completely unacceptable. By the way I checked their return policy for photos and if you're unhappy at all their policy is available return it with the refund no questions asked. That's not what the one in Montrose does.

Do not do business with the pharmacy at Walgreens! They lie and have terrible customer service. Once I was told I could reuse needles for a medication I needed to inject, then they blamed my insurance company for trying to double bill for a month supply of medication.I would give them a minus 5 if it were an option!

3 times in a row they told me my prescription medicine would be ready, 3 times in a row it was WRONG and not ready. I still have yet to get my prescription from them, to the point that I'm no longer getting my meds from them.I have ADHD. This is medicine i NEED to function and it's medicine they're far too incompetent to apparently remember to bring in. I get they're short staffed. I get that meds come in slowly. I work retail. I understand that not everything is gonna come out fast. HOWEVER, that's the point where you TELL someone it will be a while. I'd much rather that than be told "oh you'll have it by next week" when that is a lie. Don't give me false hope. Tell me it'll take a while. It's unfortunate but I'd rather that than to be lied to. Don't lie to my face 3 different times in a row over medicine that I NEED.

Why do I have to wait in line for 20min just to finally pay? The old lady with glasses needs to stop story telling and actually do her job. It’s even more funny when she calls for help and her coworker rolls her eyes complains about helping her. Come on Walgreens get your stuff together.

Management really needs to get their act together and if all the people in the pharmacy working are just gonna be rude the whole time and complain, maybe they should just change their jobs and work else where.

Love my local Walgreens!The employees are always so friendly, helpful and greet you as you walk in.I mostly come here for certain items I can't find at the grocery store and also for their photo center (1 hour photo) which is da bomb!I usually order 4x6 photos for my homemade greeting cards and they are only .40/per pic which is very reasonable.TIP: If you don't feel like sitting at Walgreens to print your photos, then download the "1 Hour Photo" app! Select and print photos from the convenience of your home then pay and pick them up in about an hour or later!Beyond that, they offer so many other photo services! You gotta check them out!
