Excellent service from the sale to the installation of our new bed. Gary the manager salesman was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Manny and his helper the delivery and set up of our new bed I can’t remember his name, were very friendly, helpful professional knowledgeable. We highly recommend these people.

From Gary's review of all the Tempur-Pedic bed and frame to the professional set-up crew, our experience with The Sleep Factory Montrose has been exceptional. They listened to our needs and under promised then over delivered - how refreshing. I asked the skilled set-up tech Manny how long he'd worked here, to which he stated "over seven years", which we think says so much. We highly recommend Gary Conerly and his team.
