Sherwin-Williams, on the other hand, was calm, quiet, with two employees who greeted me with smiles and great enthusiasm, nobody was unhappy or stressed-out, nobody took their unhappiness out on me. They were helpful, listened to me, shared a joke, took time to include me in their laughter, offered me more than I ever expected, and I left more informed and satisfied than I have ever been with their competitor! As long as those two employees remain at my local Sherwin-Williams store, I will only use that store in the future - because they are such an invaluable asset to Sherwin-Williams, and I hope they are recognized and appreciated by their employer!”
